Campanile Millau  

Slept very well, dinner and breakfast was great. Very reasoably priced and staff were very nice too. It was perfect for the overnight stopover to spain.

It was a convenient stopover for travelling on to Spain

My car broke down and have ended up staying an extra 3 days so far. The staff have been so helpful and kind to us. We are hoping the car will be fixed today and be on our way to Spain. I think the only downside for us has been the distance from the town centre. I would recommend the hotel to anyone.

the bed was comfortable and the views were good.

the rooms needed some mordernization bathrooms were taty our window blind didnt work room door security was a poor standard i only had to push the door to open it they did move us but interior was similar to the first room. overall the whole place needs updating.

convenient location just off motorway and easy to find.The upgraded restaurant and food was much improved since our last stay.

The bathroom has suffered from some water and condensation damage which made it look cosmeticaly unpleasing.Some refurbishment would improve this situation

Disapponted in the standards of service this time. Having previously used this hotel when travelling from spain to uk, we found it not as good as previous visits. When informed that the hotel "had no meat today" we were amazed at the lack of organisation this displayed.

Getting our money back!!!see below.The restaurant which had been refurbished looked reasonable but was in a different building to the hotel rooms.

This hotel was so awful we wish we had not booked. The photos shown on the website are not of this hotel - The staff told us this.The hotel is more like a motel with a block of rooms over looking a run down industrial estate. The doors to the rooms open out on to the footpath. We had a dirty basic room with mould all over the bathroom, the floor of the room was so dirty I had to keep my shoes on. A door from the room leads via a lobby to the bathroom. In the lobby is a hook rack which is an excuse for a wardrobe. The door to the lobby has been removed and the hinges with approc 2" metal ponts left sticking out the wall. Lethal to children. The hotel restaurant has been renovated and appears to a much better standard but the rooms are foul. The member of staff I spoke to said people complained all the time and she wished we would write to the management. We were given a full refund. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless you really enjoying slumming it or are getting it for £10 a night!!!. If my computer skills permit me I will upload our phots which are of the actual hotel and you can see the reality of the place

petit dejeuner insuffisant quand nous l'avons pris vers 9h30 , le personnel etait débordé et il manquait de tout jusqu'au couvert, plus de pain , de vienoiserie ,de laitage ....quand je dis de tout c'est de tout j'ai vraiment regretté mes 9 euros . Dans la chambre salle de bains desuette , manque un seche cheveux

Le lit est un peu trop dur pour nous mas c'est tres personnel.

trés bon accueil du personnel .Chambre spacieuse . Boulloire dans le chambre avec thé et café et petit lu!

Buffets entrées et desserts peu remplis, mais surtout pas de réassort rapide donc l'offre à volonté est restreinte

Cadre très agréable. Facile d'accès. Personnel très accueillant. Buffets très appétissants et produits très variés. Donne envie d'y retourner (ou dans un autre hôtel Campanile lors de prochains séjours personnels et / ou professionnels).
