Not much characture and staff always busy Our attempts to change dates even though rooms were available was not possible due to an over zealous manager sticking to the 'rules'. Same manager (Mark B.) called me at entrance to the lift (across from reception with other guests present) asking me to pay the dinner bill even though this had been paid for by card at the table and then did not really apologise. Will not stay there again although other staff great but to busy to serve with much happiness.

Décoration chambre refait à neuf. Parking gratuit et fermé. Personnel accueillant. Chambre très mal insonorisé, on entend la route (qui circule pas mal) et les chambres voisines.

Accueil chaleureux, personnel compétent Très bruyant, chambre 209, la route passe près, isolation insuffisante, impression que les voitures passaient dans la chambre. 2 nuits avec 4h de sommeil a chaque fois je déconseillerai fortement cet hotel car 94 E/nuit sans petit dej on va trouver mieux la prochaine fois et , certainement moins cher. Nous devons revenir a montpellier fréquement.

Hôtel idéal pour une nuit ou deux lorsque l'on ne veut pas trop dépenser. Parking Chambre petite. Pour accéder à notre chambre nous devions passer devant le local des femmes de chambres en sortant de l’ascenseur, pas pratique pour elles et pour nous. Petit déjeuner sommaire pour 9 euros tout de même... Pas de rideau de douche une simple demie-cloison ce qui fait que la salle de bain est vite inondée... Un peu bruyant si on veut dormir après 9h

Chambre sobre moderne propre avec théière électrique (avec thé ou café ou infusion qqes biscuits )ceci est très appréciée après un long voyage malgré le bar et le restaurant dans l'hotel Cependant j'ai été génée par le bruit exterieur car il est situé près d'une pénétrante 2 fois 2 voies et près d'un carrefour d'une zone de bureaux.

El Hotel está a 5 minutos andando del tranvia que lleva al centro. Andando está a 30 minutos del centro. En la propaganda pone a 5 minutos del centro andando! El parking gratuito. Falta de indicacion en la carretera para llegar al Hotel. Si bienes de la dirección contraria, no puedes entrar directamente al parking porque hay ralla continua y tienes que seguir hacia delante y en una bifurcación desviarte a la izquierda e ir hasta una rotonda que esta debajo de un puente y todo esto sin ninguna indicación. Solución, aparcar el coche al lado de la carretera y entrar a preguntar a la recepcionista del hotel. Una vez lo sabes es facil.
