Not much characture and staff always busy Our attempts to change dates even though rooms were available was not possible due to an over zealous manager sticking to the 'rules'. Same manager (Mark B.) called me at entrance to the lift (across from reception with other guests present) asking me to pay the dinner bill even though this had been paid for by card at the table and then did not really apologise. Will not stay there again although other staff great but to busy to serve with much happiness.

We liked the modern rooms and the comfort. The interned wasn't consistent and the receptionist at the time was rude and unhelpful.

Nice, clean and comfortable rooms, just 10 minutes away from the city centre by tram, free parking! A little fridge, minibar or a soda vending machine would have been nice

People were very kind and considerate. Some of them (at least one person at the front desk) spoke English. It takes about 10 mins to walk from the hotel to the nearest tram station (+ about 15 mins to the center of Montpellier by the tram). Personally, I did not think it a big problem. However, if you do not drive in Montpellier and do not want to walk to the tram station, you are better to choose other hotels that are located in the center area of Montpellier.

Accueil très agréable. Déco agréable. Chambre impeccable. Mon arrivée tardive ne m'a pas permis de dîner au restaurant, mais la notion de service et l'amabilité de l'accueil m'a permis de me servir un plat+dessert+verre de vin au bar. Fin du petit déj à 9h00. Vraiment trop tôt!

Directement sur la sortie d'autoroute. Le personnel est très sympathique, serviable, souriant. La chambre est propre et design, manque un peu d'étagères pour le rangement. 3 nuits passé dans cet hotel et aucun bruits, la clim fonctionne très bien. A 10min du centre de Montpellier et 10 min des premières plages, 20min de la Grande Motte et 30min du Grau du Roi. Rien à redire, je recommande!

Des prix très abordables, une situation intéressante (proche de la sortie d'autoroute et à moins de 10mn du centre historique en voiture ou en tramway) et une chambre impeccable avec une literie plus que correcte. Le bruit de la circulation toujours audible (de nuit comme de jour), au moins dans cette chambre (1er étage et coté avenue).

L’hôtel était bien situé à coté du complexe d'activités. Sympathique et conviviale, le personnel agréable. Nous étions au 2 eme étage, on entends bien le bruit de la route par la porte, mais le lit était confortable.

Nous avons aimé : le confort, le côté moderne de l'hôtel, la salle de bains (avec miroir chauffant!) L'insonorisation : on entend tout! Et le matin, impossible de dormir tard, les voisins, enfants ou autres sauront vous réveiller.

La propreté de chambre. Hôtel situé â 600m du centre commercial l'odysseum et du cinéma gaumont. L'acceuil du personnel. 48€ la chambre avec l'offre booking. 90€ la chambre sans réduction. Chambre très mal insonnorisée. Petit déjeuner trop cher (9€ par personne)

“We needed to break our long journey and only booked at the last minute so there was little availability in Montpellier in our budget which is the only reason we chose Villa Bellagio.
