- La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel. - Hôtel facile à trouver. - La climatisation qui ne marche pas alors qu'il fait 30°c dans les chambres est le plus gros des bémols. - Consommables (papier WC, serviettes, etc.) renouvelés ou pas en fonction du personnel d'entretien.

De netheid van de kamer en badkamer,lakens, de koffie en thee die klaar stond. Dat we niet wisten waar met de sleutel te blijven doordat we vroeg vertrokken en de balie nog niet open was.

De pouvoir prendre le tram pour aller à Montpellier et ainsi ne pas se soucier de trouver un parking. J'ai eu très froid la 1ère nuit. Il fallait que je choisisse entre chaleur et bruit de la soufflerie de la climatisation. La 2ème nuit, j'ai demandé une 2ème couverture

L'emplacement geographique a la sortie de l'autoroute et le confort de la literie.La proprete de la chambre et le coin tisane. La vetuste du sol et de la salle de bain.la chaleur dans la chambre malgre le thermostat regle a 21 degre.

le sourire et la bonne humeur des personnes de L'accueil. La trop grande proximité des autres hôtels. Le manque de verdure. Tous ces nouveaux hôtels sont trop stéréotypés ( même zone dans toutes les villes, manquent de personnalité. Mais pour quelques nuits ça dépanne.
