The organization and cleaness of the room were the best thing. Also the physical estructure of the hotel, good looking, cleaned and new. We had to leave the hotel very early in the morming, and there weren't anybody at the reception, so they gave us a code to open the gate, without bothering anybody. Yes, several: 1- Although we had written in the booking observations, the receptionist didin't know we would arrive late at night, after 11p.M. If we had arrived after 11p.M., we wouldn't have place to spend the night. 2 - Although we had booking a cradle for the 1 year old baby, the receptionist didin't have this information, and it took a little while to get ready. But, they were vary pleasant and tried to solve the problem very quickly. 3 - We choose this hotel for some reasons, the first of them were that there were free buses for Orly airport, and the receptionist told us that it was a mistake of Booking.com. 4 - Although there is the information of free wi-fi, we couldn't access, because we had to have a password, and there was no staff in the hotel after 11 P.M. so we can ask.

Sono arrivata la sera oltre le 23 e non avendo confermato la camera telefonicamente,( per altro gia' pagata) non ho trovato la mia prenotazione alla macchinetta automatica, quindi sono rimasta fuori per circa mezz'ora, e ho dovuto ricomprare una camera che per fortuna era disponibile, e che la mattina dopo mi e'stata rimborsata!!

Lorsque nous sommes arrivée à l'hôtel (vers 17h00), il n'y avait pas du tout d'eau chaude. Aucune excuse, aucun geste commercial, même si je peux comprendre que la chaudière soit tombé en panne. Je trouve également dommage que les petits déjeuners ne soit servi cas partir de 6h30....La propreté est à revoir. J'ai pu constaté des traces importantes d'urines, des clients précédents, sur les battants des toilettes.

La situation géographie, tout près de l'aeroport, j'ai aussi eu la chambre que j'avais demandé avec baignoire. Les escaliers, pas du totu pratique pour les bagages, le manque de chaines pour la télévisions, sur 4 il n'y en avait que 3 qui fonctionnaient.

La facilité d'accès, le parking gratuit au pied de l'hôtel et la salle de restaurant.. Deux chambres refusées pour absence de chauffage. La troisième bénéficiait d'un chauffage satisfaisant. La restauration n'a de mérite que sa proximité avec l'hôtel.

Propreté, calme, personnel sympa La cuisine n'est pas à la hauteur de ce que laisse espérer la carte. Si Pierre Gagnaire à particpé à son élaboration, il aurai aussi du participer à la formation du personnel de cuisine!

Le coin petit déjeuner dans la chambre, car lorsqu'on arrive le soir tard c'est plutot sympa. L'acceuil, trés bien Bien organisé pour pouvoir arriver tard quand l'acceuil est fermé, système de borne avec remise des clés.

Gentili,ci hanno aspettato oltre l' ora di apertura serale è molto scomodo per parigi ed anche per l'aereoporto di orly,pur essendo a solo 4 km il taxi costa 25 euro.con I mezzi pubblici per parigi si fa un giro lunghissimo circa un' ora per 15 km.non consigliato.

Der Empfang, besonders der Service durch die Rezeption u. die Sauberkeit. Die Entfernungsangabe zum Airport Paris-Orly ist Irreführend, die Fahrt mit dem Taxi kostet mindestens 28,- €.
