Manque d'éclairage sdb. Attente petit déjeuner 30 mn , plus rien a disposition des clients , aucune explication du personnel à ce sujet et manque de réactivité. Sommes partis sans avoir déjeuné.

Ein gebuchtes Zimmer mit einem Doppel- und einem Einzelbett bestand nur aus einem Doppelbet und einer Ausziehmatratze. Hätten wir dies vorher gewußt, hätten wir dies nie gebucht.

goed bereikbaar en nette kamers. keuze ontbijt was ook goed buitenkant zeer slecht onderhouden. van het alarm hingen de draadjes buiten gewoon los en waren zichtbaar. het ontbijt werd slecht bijgehouden, vaak was er wat op en werd niet of zeer laat aangevuld.

le personnel est charmant et très dévoué. La nourriture est bonne, bien présentée. La salle de restaurant rénovée est agréable ! Les chambres sont à rénover d'urgence. Même si elles sont propres, cela ne se voit pas tellement c'est abîmé !! Insonorisation limite !!

L'accueil et le personnel sont très agréable, le bâtiment principal a été récemment rénové ce qui en fait un endroit dans lequel on aime s'attarder. La propreté de la chambre laisse parfois à désirer (cheveux sur le pommeau de douche). Un coup de neuf ne serait pas non plus du luxe dans les chambres qui ont malheureusement subit le poids des années.

L'hôtel n'est pas très loin de Mulhouse mais il faut une voiture pour y atteindre. L'hôtel est assez calme. On a trouvé un cafard dans la chambre. Le sol de la chambre est sale. La réception est fermée à 23 H. Donc, si vous souhaitez quelque chose à partir de 23 H., vous pourvez l'oublier.

Het eten is goed en de medewerkers zijn heel vriendelijk. Kamer vol met spinnen en web. Roestige balkons.Dit hotel moet z.s.m. een onderhoudsbeurt krijgen.

We hadden een 4 pers.kamer geboekt voor EU 70, maar er bleken maar 3 bedden in een kamer te passen. We waren gedwongen een kamer bij te boeken en EU 140 voor de 2 kamers te betalen! Het was al laat en we waren met onze 2 kinderen, dus konden geen kant op. Voelden ons belazerd en veels te duur voor de kwaliteit.

Für Reisende mit dem Auto ist dieses Hotel seht praktisch, da ein kostenloser Parkplatz zur Verfügung steht und das Hotel nahe einer Schnellstraße gebaut ist und somit nicht schwer zu finden. Vom Lärm hört man jedoch nichts. Die Zimmerböden müssten öfters geputzt werden. Meine Weißen Socken waren nachher nämlich schwarz.
