Chambres propres, calmes et confortables, personnel accueillant. Un vigile était présent pendant les deux nuits pour surveiller les motos sur le parking (week-end du Bol d'Or). Rapport qualité-prix très correct.

nous avons apprécié le confort de la chambre et le petit déjeuner et l'accueil du personnel. le point négatif serait le repas que nous avons pris le samedi soir:prix élevé par rapport à ce que nous avons mangé et la qualité des mets moyenne.

Le personnel est agréable et avenant : il est disponible avec la clientèle. Par ailleurs, la possibilité de prendre le diner en chambre est un vrai plus. Quant à la chambre, elle est bien agencée, avec possibilité de boissons chaudes, qui est également très appréciable. Au niveau du parking, il y a un parking pour la clientèle qui permet d'avoir de la place, sans problème. Seul bémol : l'accès à la chambre uniquement par un escalier en colimacon, n'est absolument pas pratique avec une valise et d'autres affaires à porter, le soir en arrivant. Une chambre en rez de chaussé ou avec un accès à un ascenseur serait vraiment necessaire.

Le gérant nous a reproché d'être passé par booking.com... La salle déjeuner n'était pas isolée et donc nous avons été obligé de garder nos manteaux pour avoir une chaleur convenable.

Facile d'accès, le wifi dans les chambres A notre arrivée la réservation booking n'avait pas été enregistrée.Malgré la preuve fournie ( j'avais une copie du mail de confirmation) La réception nous a fourni une chambre mais n'a rien voulu savoir et nous a appliqué le prix normal ( +9 euros). Le réceptionniste ( Thierry) a été insultant et nous a accusé de malhonneté. Bref : c'était inadmissible. Bravo néanmoins pour le service clientèle de booking qui a dès le lendemain fait le nécessaire.

Belle chambre ,spacieuse ,confortable et bien tenue C'est vraiment trés dommage de ne pas trouver de vin de la région sur la carte du restaurant.Je crois qu'il n'y a pas que l 'argent qui compte et participer à la prospérité d'une région peut aussi etre rémunérateur. Il y a surement quelque chose à faire merci

Het is voor ons een hotel op de route Spanje - Nederland. We proberen altijd een Campanile hotel te reserveren vanwege de ligging en de faciliteiten. Voor het eten moet je het niet doen........ In het restaurant stond de airco wat hoog waardoor het aardig koud was.

Mooie kamer met veel TV-posten,mooi en ruim bed,mooie badkamer en internet verbinding.Uitstekend restaurant. De internet verbinding was halaas maar te gebruiken tot 23u30.De tijdstip dat we pas naar onze kamer gingen na het avondeten en drankje ... Op de kamers zijn huisdieren toegelaten maar niet in het restaurant ondanks wij hem in een kleine binge konden zetten.
