Clean, easy access, nice bar area. Some of the staff were helpful. Only if asked.

Getting information about getting to the airport was difficult. First I was told that the hotel didn't offer an early shuttle. No other info was offered. Later I asked another person and they said the airport was a 5 minute walk. I walked it, it was 15 minutes without luggage. How do they expect someone to walk there with luggage. Novatel next door offered the baggage carts.

Great location close to the airport. Was just an overnight stop but very comfortable.

Clean and comfortable, friendly multi-lingual staff. Also restaurant was very good - great service and selection.

The airport shuttle did not start until 6.30am, and my international flight left at 7.30am, so I had to either pay 25€+ for a taxi, or walk with several large heavy bags.

Wonderful , our secound time here, staff, location and food great ! Five mins walk to airport , will return next year

Its location, staff etc is all very good except for my comment on bath tub safety

we have stayed here now twice and my comment or complaint is still the same. The bathtub does not have a shower mat or the bath tub surface is not prepared against slippage. No bars or anything and I feel this is a real saftey issue.

This hotel was at a perfect location to get to the airport the next morning for my flight from Nice. It is very nicely appointed, the staff very friendly, and the breakfast was good, too.

No complaints whatsoever!

I have been going to the Campanile for years. When I travel it is the most convenient place to stay.

You used to have better television service such as Canal plus and CNN. It was disappointing. I think customers really appreciate a good film while they are waiting to get a plane and don't have time to go downtown Nice.

Location of hotel opposite of airport is very convenient (takes only 5 minutes by foot), rooms are sober but ok for the price.

The room I got appeared to be a mess; it was not cleaned after use. When I returned to the reception desk they gave me another room which was fine. Mistakes happen but the staff did not seem to think that this was a big thing (like this was part of their normal business), they could have made a small gesture to express their regret but nothing happened, they just gave me another room and that was it. Very disappointing.
