A big thank you to the staff member at reception night of 28.8.11, he was really helpful and pleasant and spoke english and helped with instructions when I got lost and arrived late. Room appeared clean, nice clean sheets, but when I went to bed and pulled back the sheets, found a bed full of dog hairs which was really disgusting. Unfortunately at this time the reception was closed so could not request someone to change them and had to sleep together with my daughter!!! I feel that I should be compensated for the price of one person. Apart from that everything was ok, but I only came to sleep!!! I would recommend the hotel if it makes sure that by welcoming pets, it does not cause others to suffer. The dog got a free bed,, but I paid and had a sleepless night! Nous avions demandé une chambre triple 3 lits simples.Nous avons eu 2 lits très confortables,mais le 3e était composé d'un sommier à lattes et d'un matelas de 5 cm d'épaisseur,et se glisse sous un lit.Ce qui correspond à un lit d'enfant. Dans la chambre seulement 2 boissons étaient prévues.Nous avons demandé 2 infus verveine,elles nous ont été facturées 2,20 euros. Nous n'avons pas du tout apprécié ce geste. Era sgorbutica e si vedeva che le davano fastidio gli italiani. Ci ha posto vari problemi, ho cercato di spiegare ma lei parlava solo francese e non capiva (o fingeva di non capire) nè inglese, nè spagnolo, nè italiano. La mattina del 15 invece ho trovato due persone (uomini) molto gentili per il check-out). La stanza inoltre non era sufficientemente pulita e addirittura vi era una bottiglia di acqua degli ospiti precedenti. Per quello che mi riguarda non soggiornerò mai più in Francia.
