Very easy to find being just off the Autoroute. I have stayed here many times, the staff are always very welcoming and professional and as with most Campanile Hotels I have yet to find a member of staff not willing to help with any problem. Restaurant is good, service even when busy is efficient.

The location was just right being close to the main route and yet far enough away to be quiet. It was well situated being half way on our way to the Channel ports.

Obliging staff, good value for money stopover on journey from channel to south of france. It is not so much about not liking the bedding but this hotel has updated to (nice) duvets from blankets in recent months. Given the unseasonably hot nights this October a duvet was way to hot and there were no other lightweight options available. Suggest a lightweight fleece blanket is made available for such situations which may also be used as an extra layer in winter and so keep heating bills down? Everybody is happy and they are not expensive to buy.

The staff was very friendly ans spoke good English. The rooms are clean and the bed was really comfortable... The main lightswitch was located on my headboard. I must have switched on the light three or four times on accident while sleeping, kind of annoying. Acces to rooms on the 1st floor is kind of a hassle with heavy suitcases since the only way to get there is by taking a spiral staircase. Breakfast was overpriced...

The location was handy being just seconds off the autoroute and you are just 10 mins walk from a big Auchan with Flunch restaurant if you don't feel like eating at the hotel. The bathroom is lovely, powerful shower and a small bath. No aircon and the location is too noisy outside to have the windows open. The rooms echo a lot so you can hear the movements of neighbours above, below and either side. Although breakfast is ok albeit quite expensive for what it is, the coffee is instant stuff from a vending machine, yuk, can't believe the locals put up with it :)

Good value for money - near motorway - so good for a stop over. Beds comfortable and restaurant okay. Outside decor is a bit tired.

The rooms were very good although slightly small. It would be an improvement if you made the bbc World Service available in the room as well as cnn on the tv.

We have stayed several times and despite price rises feel it offers a good deal. Beds are always comfortable and rooms clean. The managers and staff are helpful. The room we had this time was a bit smoky but as was late we put up with it. The breakfast is generally good but the coffee is always strange - would be better from a different type of machine.

The Staff all very helpful and the waiting staff at Dinner could not do enough to help you. My only complaint would be the Quilts on the Beds are very heavy and hot as the waether was still very warm.

Easy access to autoroute and Orleans city centre. Good for short stay as part of ongoing journey. Space in room limited - especially with travel cot.

We were very disappointed with the hotel. We had asked for a cot to be provided for our youngest child. When we arrived there was no cot. When we queried this there was no apology but rather we were told that as the availablity of a cot had not been confirmed we should not have expected it to be there. Also given the price of the room we were astounded that there was an additional charge for breakfast. It would have cost 45 euros for the five of us.

As we arrived late the receptionist contacted us to let us know what arrangements had been made for us to gain access to the rooms. Great communication (English speaking) and a comfy nights stay during our trip from England to Southern Spain. Breakfast room was rather smelly and didn't look worth the money.

The best thing overall is the quality of the beds followed closely by the quality of the food. The price of the room and food has been creeping up so value is going down.

location and the staff were very nice. The food was relatively good but more expensive than anticipated. The motorbike could be parked right outside our room which is always a bonus. The hotel was very, very, basic but you get what you pay for. Cost of the restuarant and the smallness of the room. Again, you get what you pay for. My recommendation would be that for people travelling and needing an overnight stay then it would be fine as long as basic is all you want.

The hotel is a fitted for a one-night stop. It is very close to the highway, yet quiet. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. We were accomodated at the top floor (the 2nd) and it was very hot during the night, as the room had not air conditioning. Although the room was clean, there was a smell in the bathroom, as if not properly cleaned.
