Not able to buy bottle of water at 10.15pm had to walk to another hotel! No better than b and b chain as rooms were outside up narrow stair case ... We had a baby to carry and luggage

Didn't specify which floor and ended up on 3rd floor which my husband found diifficult with with stairs Cheese option did not offer much choice.

The hotel needs a make-over on the inside and outside. Looks poor.

Great value for money. Clean crisp linen. Tea/coffee making facility. Plenty of fluffy white towels. Very friendly staff. Really lovely food/wine in restaurant.

The post code is wrong!!! Please as a matter of urgency put it right!! We had travelled all day and it was dark when we arrived, the postcode takes you to nowhere. When I put the address in we found it at least 5 kms away.

A little difficult to balance heating but it worked well

Only three staff were encountered. All were rude and unhelpful. They seemed to view the guests as an inconvenience. Far too expensive for what it offers, which is very basic. One of our worst experiences travelling in France.

The convenience being close to the Autoroute made the location ideal for us, the unexpected delight was the quality of the restaurant - the food was excellent and the service pleasant, courteous and prompt. The room was all we expected and more, basic but very clean with all the facilities we needed and a very large and very comfortable bed...well done! Finally we were able to bring our two Burmese cats with us and at no additional charge made this hotel onto our "Would definitely stay here again anytime" list. Thank you to all the staff.

Breakfast closed at 9.00 am which was a little early for us having travelled a long way the day before and we got up late ...a 10.00 am closing would have allowed us a cup of coffee, but it was not a major concern as we had to get on the road quickly anyway.

The evening meal was disappointing. The cook appeared not to be bothered to prepare our main courses properly, for example sauces advertised were not served with the food. Overall standard was poor, especially in view of the price.

Like all Campanile Hotels Very clean and comfortable. The service was excellent and the food very good. The location for an overnight stop is very good for the motorway and will stay again on our way back from our villa in Spain

The price of the wine at dinner the cheapest was €20.00

Breakfast was very good but we considered it to be rather expensive for a continental breakfast

The double bed in our room was 2 single beds put together with a large duvet on top. the bed was very uncomfortable as dipped in middle and we did not have a good nights sleep. If stayed at this hotel again would have a room with 2 separate single beds and would not bother to have breakfast again

Great stopover. Beautiful beds and a lovely restaurant with good food.

It is ideally situated near the motorway for a stop-off on our journey down to our house in the Dordogne.

Nest to motorway

We were given a ground floor room, so ideal for the dog we were taking back to the UK

Easy to find, felt as if it had been recently refurbished, comfortable, plenty of hot water, good food and friendly staff.

Hotel a little 'tired' but helpful staff - they opened a communicating door between our two rooms on request and although one room had no towels initially provided them without compliant. Buffet menu in restaurant good value.

Ideal stop over location

We were told it was a 40 minute wait to eat in the restaurant and after waiting 45 minutes and ordering drinks that never came we were told they would not be able to serve us an evening meal after all. After travelling all day we then had to go in search of a restaurant.

Quiet rooms, locked parkin area, new TVs and selection of channels, efficient bathroom, comfortable bed.

Inflexible meal and arrival times. Expensive for the quality of hotel and general service.
