Easy accessible from Northern France via motorway and only within walking distance from a Metro (5min.). Very friendly and helpful staff.
I Like everything. The Chef was my highlight! I'm a Chef w/a Television show coming to London from the US. We I do come back to London & Paris This Chef will be my first choice to hire and work w/me on television. The staff was great. The rooms could use a lot of work and the housekeeper who clean them need to better at what they do. And they also need larger trash cans and small face towels. The Front Desk Staff better that any Five Star I stayed at while in London and Paris. I only can to this hotel because it was close to the Airport.
It's far from Paris but nearby Villepente.
The bed was comfortable & the toilet was clean & the dinner was nice
Wifi sooo poor in rooms Staff at the reception are not qualified enough. The rooms are sooo small, that makes you feel that can't breathe. Towels are not clean
I arrived in the morning at 7:00am and the front office representative Ms Bisma was very helpful, Gave me all information regarding the places i had to travel in Paris and made me comfortable and the first impression was great, my room was ready before noon. Great staff
Breakfast buffet was same for the 4 days i spent not even a slightest changer, WIFI was very slow
The reception staff were very helpfull and Allways cheerfull
The bed in 508 needs some support in the middle under to support it as one roller intouch the middel
Isolated location, next to a busy road. A rather run down area with nothing to see and no restaurants nearby.
Very friendly service at breakfast and dinner.
Recipient, free parking
Uncleaned , small rooms, bad locations, very bad breakfast
-proximity to the Fair (Exposition Parc dex) (10-15 minutes away) -5 minutes walk from the metro (around 35 minutes away from center of Paris) -lovely staff
Breakfast can be improved
comfy bed tv warm shower staff This hotel is very good if you just want a place to sleep, dont expect anything else really, there is nothing nearby and Bobigny should be avoided at night say after 11pm (loads of people begging), get taxi back, from Paris centre (eiffiel tower) approx. 30 euros
Entrance at start of motorway Need more variety of food for breakfast, being English I expected more than bread, ham and cheese but I suppose that is what the French eat, except chocolate spread its everywhere
Early book in. Helpful staff Free parking Tea coffee facilities
smile from the boss (women) when i asked invoice it was like i ask something very abnormal, and so far did not get it.
very bad breakfast, extremely unpleasant area. price was ok, but still not for that hotel/area. very poor.
Ticks all the boxes for one's needs. It's quite basic, but not in a bad way. Very comfortable beds, friendly staff and easy access to Paris on the metro. Food was quite good.
Soundproofing wasn't great.
Clean beds. Close to subway
Dirty threadbare towels.tiny lumpy pillows.staff very reluctant to provide two more small creamers for coffee. Stff required photocopies of not only drivers license but also passports as if we were possibly thieves.staff guarded food with there arms folded at breakfast. Bad experience
Staff were wonderful, catered to all our needs
Somebody needs to fix those damn potholes at the entrance, that's an accident just waiting to happen! Wifi was rather poor in all the rooms we had, try to avoid the ones on the end of the building; no restaurant options in the immediate vicinity except at the hotel
Clean big double rooms with standing showers.
We had a bad water leak in the bathroom from above room. So ended up moving at middle of the night. It is off a fairly busy main road. so can be noisy if you leave your window open.
Rooms were clean and acceptable.
Staff was not helpful. It was very hot and we wanted a couple of extra towels to shower at night as well as in the morning and we were told "No." We asked for ice for water and were give we ice cubes for 6 people! We ordered a cab for an early mooring trip to an airport and were given a cost that was 1/2 of the true cost. Quite a huge shocking difference! Customer service was none existent. However, the biggest issue is the location of this hotel from the main attractions of Paris. During the daylight, you can walk to the subway (about 10 minutes). Our taxi driver told us NOT to walk at night because it is not safe! So, we paid for taxis each night ($35 each). The hotel actually has a locked fence across the driveway starting at 10 p.m. each night. FYI - taxis do not wait to see that the gate opens to allow you in so we were left standing outside until the hotel opened the gate. Quite nerve racking to say the least!
The reception can speak english.
The reception does not understand english.
There was much noise in the ewening, night in the rooms next door.
The rooms were a reasonable size & clean
Cleaning staff were extremely noisy, banging doors along the corridor at a reasonably early time. Making it impossible for a lay in
We liked the shower.
We did not like the size of the room..the lack of closet space.
Location is good when you are travelling by car. Easy to access Paris by metro.
The hotel should have at least vending machines in case you need to eat something late.
