Location to metro and offices. Free wifi. Good to have tea and coffee in room. Friendly staff. stuffy room. Slow wifi. A bit tired and in need of refurbishment compared to other Camponiles I stay at.

Extremely good location for a visit to the Roland Garros grounds. The breakfast area needs a rethink. It is not sufficiently spacious enough.

Walking distance to Roland Garros which was the reason for our stay in Paris. This was the worst hotel I ever stayed in in Paris or anywhere else for that matter. The price was a complete rip off. The room measured 2.5 m x 2.5 m, so small that only one person (and barely) could get dressed at a time. Tiny hanging space for clothes, 4 hangers and no shelves. Most fixtures in the room and bathroom were loose, hairdryer didn't work, wall sockets didn't work, carpets dirty and worn through, big holes in curtains, peeling paint on walls and doors, trolleys with beddings etc. left in corridors making it difficult to get around corridors, reception staff didn't speak English, 30 TV channels in French only. I could go on forever. Couldn't complain as communication was impossible. I speak 4 languages fluently, but French is not one of them.

Great location for Roland Garros. Several restaurants close by. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and bed linen was good. Breakfast was good value. Breakfast room was too small and tables and chairs were stacked up near the reception area when not in use, creating a cluttered look.

It was in a great location for Roland Garros tennis centre. The smallness of the bathroom - especially the shower. twice I asked for an extra pillow and this was not produced. The Reception area was very understaffed.

A fairly young lady (wearing glasses) on reception was excellent in her manner and friendliness, a thank you to her she made us feel very welcome and relaxed. A very pleasant and calm stay with the added bonus of a fan in the room.Thank you.

Emplacement pres de mon centre d'affaire bon chauffage Etat général vieillissant fenetre mal isolée, serrures porte vérustes (chambre 109) personnel accueil tres peu qualifié (30mn pour regler 3 chambres en même temps !!!) etroitesse générale des locaux ...

Je n'ai pas apprécié qu'à mon arrivée la salle de bain ne soit pas faite. Elle a été faite aprés que j'y ai laissé ma valise; ce que je ne trouve pas normal.

Le quartier tranquille. La bouilloire électrique dans la chambre avec le thé et café soluble La chambre collée à l'ascenseur, nous avions nos tampons dans les oreilles et donc pas de problème, la chambre aurait coûté le double, alors cela aurait été différent...
