The hotel is clean. It is located very close to metro station. Quiet neighbourhood.
I didn't like breakfast as all week it was the same and no hot food like scrambled eggs or omlet.
everything is okay
Small room with bed and bathroom, but suitable for our visit (sleep & shower & go). Near to subway station and nice smaller park (Parc de la Planchette). Room was very good price for value.
Closed window on the street wasn't tight.
Nice hotel, booked it for my parents, close to metro station, staff very friendly
Would be nice to have a fridge in the room.
location, staff, breakfest
cleanliness of the bathroom, very very poor internet and staff's english
loved the beds had really good sleep
shower was too small and you could smell the drains
Corridors and bathrooms have a smell of canalization Wifi was a bit of a hassle, you have to keep logging in and it did not always connect immediately
Lovely location for Paris stay in a lovely area.
Great location. Nice hotel, clean room, excellent money for value
Not a lot
The room was so small and no draw space at all and no cupboards. No proper lounge just seats in the foyer.
clean, near metro +cafes, quiet.
room very very small, no extra pillows available. shower access small and needs upgrading, small lift access. no lounge
The hotel was clean and quiet. The area around it felt safe, and it is very close to the Metro. If you are going to spend most of the time outside then I'd say this hotel is fine, but be aware that rooms are really small. Apparently most hotel rooms in Paris are like that, unless you spend €200 at night.
Tiny rooms - when I say tiny I mean there is only space for the bed. Two people can't stand next to each other in the room. It was the smallest room we had ever been to.
The location and the neighbourhood is great. Levallois Perret is a wonderful place not so far from paris. The hotel is Just next to the metro station. Our room was small but quiet and clean. The staff though were not very helpful and polite but it did not matter as we managed to guide ourselves alone.
The staff could be better. Every day we could not enter our room every day went to to the reception and asked to program our card again. We stayed 4 days and nobody cared to fix the problem. The reception obviously did not care about us. Anyway I would recommend it to anyone visiting Paris.
the location was good and the redecoration made the room look bright and clean.
lack of meal facilities within the hotel, and the lack of choice of TV channels.
I like the customer service excellence, the facilities and good location
The room is too small comparing to the price
The area is very safe and quiet, very close to Anatole France subway, easy to find and close to Porte Maillot (important for those travelling to/from Beauvais Airport)
The rooms are very small and basic, the bathroom is small, you can barely enetr the shower, no soundproof ...
Location and the area
This hotel is not worth that much money. Its sinking and very old. The lift is small and can only accomodate one person with luggage. Moreover staff does not understand english and they are very rude.I requested for iron and was refused because I did not have 20 Euroes to pay as deposite and they dont expect cards for deposite. Finally I went to my meetings with wrinkled shirts and attracted lot of embarrasment . Next morning I requested for cab after checking out and they could not help me. I had to drag my luggage on the street fo 1 hour hunting for cab and finally took the bus but by the time I reached my destination , I had already missed 2 meetings. It is certainly not recommeded for business trips.
The shower pressure was very strong and hot! The room was very clean. The staff was nice and pleasant. The location was safe and clean.
The rooms were very small, the location was very far from everything downtown Paris. There was a bad odor in elevator but not in room.
We liked the reception for the guidance on restra and near around places.
excellent location (2' away from the metro and in one of the most beautiful, safe and clean neighbourhoods of Paris), friendly staff and 24h reception. Free luggage storage
Although nicely renovated, very small room with many broken parts (door handle, window handle, etc)
Room was clean and tidy. Facilities/furniture are new with water boiler and free coffee/tea bags in the room. Great for solo traveler and couples!
Small! Room, shower room and even the corridor are so small and narrow.
The window in the room was not isolated, so in the bed we felt the wind.
Although relatively away from the centre, it was close to metro station line 3.
Bad personall, unwilling to help, not speaking English! We had a golden cross stolen and a necklace broken(!), we mentioned it, and they did absolutely nothing! They kept disturbing us to pay the whole amount of money of our stay before the day of leaving, because they claimed that they could not withdraw the amount from our visa card without having informed us in advance! And they could not because they were trying to withdraw bigger amount - including the city taxes! Absolutely unprofessinal. Moreover it was a small room with no amenities and bad wifi connectivity. I would not recomend this hotel to anyone. They are many other to choose and not ruin your stay in Paris.
