The staff was friendly, polite, and willing to help resolve my issue. They provided biscuits, tea bags, coffee, sugar, and water warmer for morning or evening snack/tea. If you just need a place to rest, that is not too far from the Metro, has good staff, and simple accommodations, it would suffice. The first room I was assigned had bugs in the bathroom and by the night table. Also, the mattress on the beds were worn, and the pillow on my bed was soiled, dirty, and filthy. I spoke to the front desk clerk about the room and pillow and was moved to another room. The room was clean, the mattress, and pillows were clean and seemed fairly new. The cost for breakfast was 8 euros, a little too much for daily breakfast consumption. The location was a little questionable. For the price, I expected a little better accommodation.

Great value. The staff could not have been more helpful. The room was only of medium sized but the storage space was sufficient for two and it was clean. Copious amounts of really hot water on tap almost instantly (on the 7th floor how do they do that?!). Breakfast option is priced about right at 9 euro and provides plenty of choices (and plenty of food). Only a few yards from Metro. Perfect for short stays if you are not looking for any luxuries. The decor and fittings are relatively 'cheap and cheerful' consistent with a 'budget' hotel.

This hotel and its location were such a pleasant surprise. I expected a smelly room in a seedy neighbourhood after reading the other reviews here but instead got a lively neighbourhood with a shopping mall, vegetable market and countless eateries. It was no more dangerous than my home town. Regarding the hotel; the staff was very friendly, the room clean, we could make our own tea, there were little mints, water pressure was good etc. I loved it! Definitely feel like I got my money's worth. And to top if all off, it was within walking distance of Le Zénith.

Clean, good rate and good room. Hoche Metro Station really close. Location is not the best. Too far from main attractions. The neighborhood is ok, but far from tourist destinations.

It´s near the Metro Station. Hotel staff is unaccomodating. We had problem with the garage door for the parking coz it does´nt want to open and asked the receptionist to help us, but he just said that he´s not allowed to help us! The corridor was stinking like vinegar during our whole stay and the carpet really needs to be changed bad!!! Although we put the sign "Do not Disturb" outside our door, they still entered our room and cleaned it and took some bottles also with them.

The hotel was just right. Not flash but we didn't need or pay for that - perfect for a city break once inside It was unfortunately not in the best of areas and you would not have known this booking on the computer. Rosk assessing we unfrotunately had to cut short our evening in Paris because we did not want to get back to the hotel later; even so at 10.30pm outside the Hotel someone was kicking a grille on next doors property and shouting at the man behind the door, then shouting at us. We pressed the bell to the Hotel but the staff did not automatically open the door and othe people started to take an interest in us; not ideal for a Valentines weekend!
