Campanile Paris Ouest - Pont de Suresnes  

Room was comfortable and location to Paris good. Convenience of parking the car.

When we checked in and went to the room there was a very unplesant smell. I went back to the reception and the receptionist said a technician would spray it - to which I asked for a change of room. It eventually happened but not without the much huffing and puffing. The receptionist had been on the phone speaking perfect Enelish when we arrived and then couldnt understand what I was saying!! Did not find the staff helpful at all.

We stayed here to go to the Longchamp races and were about 15 minutes walk away. Although this is on a busy road, the boulevard is wide and there are bars and cafes on it that are friendly and accessible. Bikes are for hire locally, and the Tram stop is 5 minutes away. The Bois de Boulogne is literally over the bridge. Breakfast was freshly baked croissant, pain au chocolat, and fresh fruit salad. The staff were friendly and were able to talk english if you couldnt manage french. My complaints are really irritations and I would stay here again.

We werent told the races were 10 minutes walk away and both the taxi and we were a bit flabbergasted - and at e8 it was a dear hop! Parking under the hotel was dear too - e22 for just over 28 hours, we could have parked outside for free! The room was terribly hot as it was baking outside, and my pillow wasnt as squishy as I would have liked. The life system = a nightmare with having to insert the room card to get the lift to work. I had to go and get my card rebooted.....Breakfast was a bit of a bun fight with people taking food for lunchtime picnics, but staff obviously knew the score and waited a bit before bringing out more to eat.

J'ai profite d'un tarif reduit pour sejourner au Campanile Suresnes. La chambre est de bonne taille. J'ai trouvé sympa la bouilloire, le café, le thé et les petits beurres mis à disposition. Les lits sont confortables.

La moquette était tres tachee. Les portes sont à lessiver (traces suspectes).

Bruit ventilation dans la chambre + air froid. Pas d'intervention possible. Pas de proposition pour changer de chambre Pas d'excuses. Problème connu, mais l'hotel ne fait rien.

Nous avions demandé un lit d'appoint pour notre petite fille lors de notre réservation sur booking. Il n'y en avait pas. Fort heureusement malgré notre arrivée tardive, le personnel a fait le nécessaire avec le sourire.

Bon tarif le week-end ! Voyageant avec de jeunes enfants, il est possible de réserver des chambres communiquantes, ce qui est très appréciable. De plus, la mise à disposition d'un lit d'appoint est gratuite.

C'est le genre d'établissement très fonctionnel, mais qui manque de charme. On le savait en y allant.

les deux lit sont confortable mais le 3 eme est ridicule !! très inconfortable c'est lamentable de faire payer un souplement pour ça !!!

Uitstekende uitvalbasis om naar Roland Garros te gaan, 15 minuten met bus lijn 241 en om naar Parijs Centrum te gaan 20 minuten met bus lijn 244. Suresnes is een leuke plaatsje/wijk dat wordt gescheiden van Parijs door Bois de Bologne. Eigen centrum met vele eetgelegenheden. Ook practisch is de eigen veilige (betaalde) parkgelegenheid onder het hotel. Beschouw het hotel puur als overnachtingsplek dan is er bijna niets mis mee.

De kamers zijn zoals alle Campanile Hotels niet groot. Voor alleen slapen is het ok. Jammer dat het personeel geen of zeer gebrekkig engels spreken. Daardoor kunnen ze moeilijk bepaalde dingen uitleggen, bijvoorbeeld hoe de lift werkt met het sleutelkaartje. Ze willen wel maar kunnen het niet en het is vreemd want de meeste gasten zijn geen fransen. Ook het de deuren en het sanitair mag wel een opknapbeurtje krijgen. Dat houd niet over.
