Free wifi, easy access to metro and bus, refurbished rooms Restaurant is too expensive (including breakfast). Walls are totally not soundsafe, a lot of noise in the halls. Everyday one of the two elevators was out of order. Not quick refilling of plates in breakfast bouffet.

Extremely good value for money ! very near metro station (pl d'Italie), plenty of parking (outside, and private parking for 24h for 12 e, bargain for Paris prices) The 13th arrondissement of Paris (just 2 min walk across the peripherique ) is delightful (go to "Butte aux Cailles", lovely parisian neighbourhood, which is very near and full of small bistrots and restaurants.

This hotel is very close to alot of friendly Algerian bars and restaurants who we found couldnt do enough for you. Our sheets were dirty, and instead of changing them staff turned the bedding upside down. There was no hot water after 7pm at night which was a bit strange being a hotel. Bar staff were unfriendly and seemed put out. We were part of a group of parents staying here while our children played football in a tournament so if the staff had been happier we would of spent an awful lot of time and money in this hotel instead of going elsewhere.

The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. Our car was tawed away by police for wrong parking near hotel, the staff did their best to help. The oocation is OK, near Metro line 7, exactly 40 min away from Tour Eiffel, walking part part of trip incl. The area around is not really romantic geography, but it is relatively safe and OK, provided you do not do funny things like rambling around in the backstreets after midnight. There are planty of Italian restaurants around the corner, with average bill eur 20-30 per person, so you not gonna starve, if hotel buffet dinner is not what you really like. Oh yes, we didn't eat in the hotel, so we can't say anything about the food, though it looked and sometimes smelled quite OK. Smal and crampy, although it is rather a fact about Paris hotels priced below or at eur 100 level than complaint about this hotal in particular. It is perfect choice for mid-budget business travellers, group of friends or lonely males traveling on watever reason. For romantic stuf I'd recommend something in the South of Paris though, or near Opera etc - you choose.

It was a hotel selected by Cosmos and I needed an extra night in Paris. It was near the end of the Metro line and a long way from the Paris City Centre. No bar fridge in rooms.

The added value of the room is the sort of coffees and teas to make on your own with the water heater. Attitude of receptionists. Eating is bad and expensive.

This is an ideal hotel for a city trip. The Metro/ buses are a short walk from the hotel, giving you easy access to all locations of Paris. The hotel staff are very helpful, polite and courtious. Services and facilities are very good. The hotels cleanliness is tops. It was everything I was expecting, plus a little bit more. Excellant value for money and I would definately use this hotel again.

I like the free internet which is very useful for me to keep abreast with what is happening in the real world and to catch up with stock market while away from home.I Could also enjoy a nice cup of hot tea with the kettle provided by the hotel. The free welcome drink was to my surprise not really free. You had to eat in the restaurant before they give you the welcome drink.I Was also surprised when told that they had erroneously bill me for three nights instead of two.Now I am worried that I may not get back my full refund.

The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood, with a lot of restaurants and metro stations. You can go to the centrum of Paris in less than 25 min. The staff was really kind and the room was confortable and clean. Also good price.

Since the hotel has only two stars, my expectations were pretty low, but staying at the hotel was simply amazing and I would give it at least 4 stars! This is because it was very clean, staff was very helpful, nice and knew how to speak English (even houskeepers were nice!), towels, soaps and other stuff were changed every single day, the bed was very comfortable and the room had a TV and air conditioning which functioned perfectly. I stayed at many hotels from different categories and I would say this one is definitely one of the best! I would recommend it to everyone! The only thing that was not so great is the distance from the center, but it is very easy to get there (pink metro number 7 from the metro stop port d'italie). It takes like 20 min to get to completely different side of the city so that proves how small problem this actually was :)

Free wifi, tv in room, ensuite bathroom, free tea and biscuits in room, metro stop very near - easy to reach center. Excellent service for this price! I had to wait 45 minutes for my room to be ready, even though I arrived 1 hour after check-in. There was some mold in the bathroom.

The staff was helpful and spoke good English. A good metro / bus line was within walking distance (we never had to change more than once to get to our destinations). Even if the hotel is very close to a busy boulevard, the room (on the 4th floor) was very silent. The moquette on the floor had some old stains. Getting to the other side of the city can take you 30 minutes. Oh, and I really hope you like apple green, 'cos you won't be geting any other hue in your room.

“We used this hotel for our honeymoon. Location is perfect and people were so friendly. There are supermarkets around there so that we can easily buy local foods and enjoy in the room. On Sunday, there is local market around nearby subway station. There also we can enjoy local foods. This hotel is well equipped and you don't have to bring anything. We went out everyday and we felt as if we were going "home" at the end of the day. We definitely use this hotel again if we have opportunity to come to Paris. We strongly recommend this hotel.” Tomomi, Tokyo |
