Campanile Paris Saint-Denis Centre Stade  

If you want a hotel that is very inexpensive, this is it. It was clean, but not fancy. We were right by the St. Denis Basilique Metro Stop, which we used extensively to get into the center of the city. The people were very nice and helpful. There were lots of little shops very close by, and an open air market on Tuesday. We will definitely stay there again next time we visit Paris.

No a/c and no screens on the windows, but neither was necessary. It was in the lower 70's (50's at night) so we were very comfortable, and there were very few bugs. They only give you 2 towels and no washcloths, so if you like washcloths, bring your own. The voices of the people on the street below our window were a bit noisy, but they stopped by midnight.

Tube station you could from your window, it was just 20min.to the city center!

When you miss the last tube you have to take like 3 busses and it s gonna take about 2,5hours!

The contrast! When you arrive you have the impression that you will stay right in the middle of an urban jungle. Surprise... the hotel and its surroundings are amazingly quiet.

Honestly a little bit too basic for a business traveller.Particular regret: it took too much time to get a taxi in the morning (8 am). Detail: I appreciate very much that there is a water cooker available in the room but I did not use this one because it was really dirty inside.

The bed was very comfotable

The restuaurant and bar was closed at the weekend and the breakfast was appalling as they ran out of food coffee bread etc. a member of staff had to go outside and buy some bread. We paid 9 euro each for this breakfast and all we got was a cold cup of coffee. We gave up waiting in the end

The best thing about this hotel is that there is a supermarket just on the other side and also compare to what I've heard, the place is safe and quiet.

Not much really apart that it was OK. It would be much more appreciate if you could put some sort of air freshener just so that we smell something nice when entering the room.

We have stayed there every September for many years as we visit the Fete Humanite. The staff are always very good and helpful. Rooms are a good size with comfortable beds and it is beside a metro station for easy commuting.

Nous sommes habitués à choisir les hotels "campanile" mais cette fois, plusieurs points noirs à cet hôtel : rue fermée, nous ne pouvions meme pas accéder à l'hôtel en voiture, heureusement nous étions peu chargés, il a fallu aller se garer dans un parking commercial.... Le plus grand reprocher c que nous n'étions absolument pas prévenus en faisant la réservation. Autre point noir : si un monsieur très sympathique, ne nous avait pas conseillé de demander le 3ème étage, nous aurions été logés comme lui la veille, au premier, celui des cas sociaux.....ce mr a demandé à changer d'étage le 2ème jour, car sa chambre était en très mauvais état... L'ascenseur et la moquette de notre chambre très sales....

Très déçu! A 9h il n'y avais plus rien au petit déj, a l'arriver on nous a donné acces a une chambre qui étais déja occupé donc sa rassure pas sur la sécurité des affaires, un personnel mou et qui s'en fou de ces clients, moisissures dans la salle de bain, réservation d'un lit double on a eu 2 lits simple enfin jen passe....

2 micros serviettes pour s'essuyer le corps ! pas de tapis pour s'essuyer les pieds en sortant de la douche ! moisi sur les joints ... le reste de la chambre était propre. Quartier pas trés sure ...

En moins d'un mois,j'ai fait deux réservations à cet hôtel et je n'ai jamais eu de reçu,et pourtant je les ai réclamé.

L'hôtel était propre et très bon rapport qualité/prix. Situer juste à la sortie du métro. Nous n'avons pas eu à marché beaucoup. Plusieurs commerces à proximité

Assez bruilliant comme Cartier . les portes des autres chambre fermaient très bruillament, on entendait à chaque fois que l'une d'entre elles étaient ouvertes et se refermait. Cartier peu sur la nuit

La chambre, spacieuse, propre.

Le restaurant, pas d’accueil, la caisse ne fonctionne pas, pas de choix pour les desserts, les fromages idem et les pour les entrées on ne peut pas dire que tout ça donnait envie, j'ai connu de bien meilleurs chois dans d'autres campanile, à l'image de la ville ??????????????. Pour l'accès , pas triste non plus, des bornes empêchant tout accès et vous tourner en rond car votre gps vous envoie à chaque fois dans une rue inaccessible !!!!!!!!!!!!
