Room had not been prepared after the previous guest had left. Carpets and curtains were in a shocking state.
Location to exbhiton centre.
Stained carpets Old furniture Didn't look like its pictures. Rough area.
we payed more than the amount in booking and that was unclear.bad location and internet did not work for 6 hours .they arrange different room that we reserved.in booking site it was written that its near to The Champs-Elysées you need only walk about 20 minutes but it was big lie.you need about 25 by metro. totally worst thing ever I had.
Please see feedback I have already provided
Good location as metro and tram station are withing 2 minutes of walking. Outside of rush hours, 20mins till center of Paris. Lady at reception was helpful, fun and willing to help at any moment.
- not very clean and a bit smelly - no fridge - for asked price it should be included breakfast
Nothing, to us was a sacrifice stay there, I tried to change the hotel but I didn't get it.
The area is degradated
Only few yards from Metro. Underground parking excellent with weekly rate. Close to large Carrefour.
Dirty. Unhelpful staff. Too often ran out of food items at breakfast. Smelt of tobacco smoke in corridors which like the rooms were dirty and in need of refurbishment. Electric sockets loose on wall in room. Beds poorly made up only top sheet straightened. No kettle, no milk and no cups in courtesy tray. Staff at reception refused to help as on her own. Restaurant closed since February!
The bed was comfortable. The staff who checked us in was helpful.
We paid €86 per night for the room and would have loved if this included breakfast. The carpet had a huge black marked. There were no extras in the toilet only soap on the wall.
10 minutes to Stade de France, decent restaurant across the street, in central ST Denis next to Metro and Basillica. 15 Min walk to ST Denis RER.
Room old, scruffy. Hotel very worn. Bath and Shower head were dirty, did not shower. Beats the scrum to get into central Paris after a game. Horribly overpriced though.
Clean and comfortable bed
Very slow check in. Dirty room (except the bed and linen) and broken toilet. Missing kettle, which staff did not rectify despite two requests.
Very close to stade de france and metro right outside which made access to other places in Paris very easy.
I think the rooms could do with re vamping a little bit. There was mould in places. However the room itself was clean.
We arrived very early am (around 7)) but the receptionist was great and let us check in so we could shower and change which gave us time to look around Paris all day before the rugby game at 6. The beds in our room looked new and were clean and comfy. Shower was hot and towels clean.Nice modern TV on wall. For the money it was good value if you want the ritz pay more!Despite all the negative comments on this board about St Denis we didnt feel threatened at all no more no less than anywhere else we have visited before. The location was great for the Stade de France ( 10 mins walk ) and the metro was just opposite the hotel which got us to the Eiffel Tower in about 20 minutes. Chatelet des Halles is nice lots of shops and bars and is 10 minutes from St Denis by metro too. Sunday was great in St Denis as there was a market on and the cafes were all open for breakfast and drinks - although it was February we sat out in the sunshine in a bar opposite the lovely Cathedral in which many french monarchs tombs are - well worth the walk around inside.
Parts of the room were a bit grubby ( curtains and carpet had seen better days and bath tiles could do with a grout ) but if you want the ritz pay more!Parts if St Denis are a bit concrete jungle which hides the lovely square cathedral and the Legin d'Honneur park. The night staff were not as accomodating and could not find us any milk when we would have liked a cuppa before bed!!
The hallways were filthy, room a little on the dinghy side.
