As I stayed with my wife only one week, we would say it was a pleasure to us. Sure we would love to stay at your hotel again. Compering to a similar hotel in Wien where we go frequently, at the same price about, the breakfast should be included in the price of the room.(Or it should be maximum half price for breakfast -5 Euro) |

The staff were helpful and courteous, even though we couldn't speak any French. It is very close to a police station so there are frequent sirens in the street below. |

The hotel was really nice, clean and quite. Ok size rooms. The waterboiler, coffee, tee and cookies that we got everyday was a nice surprise. There was no fridge. Also the airconditioning didn't work, but luckily it wasn't too hot, just a bit out of air. We could hear the noice from the street but it didn't really bother us that much. We ate the 9e breakfast once and it was ok, nothing special though. We usually bought are own breakfast food and ate it in our room. |

The hotel offered good value for the money. Tiny room, but we don't care about that. It was a clean place to sleep, that's all that mattered. |

The sheets were pretty clean, that is very important for me. Cold room. No extra blankets. A lot of noise from children on the same floor. |

The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfasts were excellent. Excellent value overall. The English of some staff was average and the hotel was closer to Gare d'Est although onlt 10 min walk from Gare D'Nord |

Internet was working, room clean, calm, great tea and close to all the shop. The hotel was ok but too far from Gare du Nord to reach gare du Nord you need to catch the bus or the tube which is 10mns away from the hotel |

Clean, modern, simple room. A good size, especially for the cost: as well as the double bed it had two armchairs + coffee table, a desk and chair, and a large round bay window. My partner and I were perfectly comfortable there for our one night's stay (passing through Paris) and would definitely use it again. There is a pleasant "Chez Papa" restaurant just a few metres away. |

The hotel was very convenient, clean and spacious. The reception staff where excellent and the hotel is recommended. My orignal understanding was that it was closer to Gare du Nord and it is in fact approximately a 10 minute walk, which was a bit tricky with luggage. It is directly opposite the Louis Blanc Metro, however for easy access to the rest of Paris. |

The hotel is centrally located (near Gare du Nord) and the price is very reasonable. Although the rooms are small, everything necessary is available. Service is good and friendly. Rooms are a bit small. |

Easy to get to from the Gare Du Nord. Right by a Metro station so easy to get to all the attractions. Basic, but room was clean and warm. Perfect for somewhere to just rest your head after a day of sight seeing. |

Free WiFi worked well. There was complimentary tea/coffee at disposal, daily refilled. Very clean. Good mattress, well decorated although simple rooms, functional. Good view, interesting round corners/windows with large ledge. Simple but well equipped. Close enough to Paris Nord station even though it is not just next door. No mini bar available. Breakfast service was very poor, decided not to take it. No room service, no mini bar available. Staff was polite but not friendly. Level of English was very low, did not manage to understand most of the requests or questions and definitely not willing to help. Do not disturb signs were never respected and cleaning staff kept on knocking at the door. Did not bother me but other people complained it was noisy outside, due to the area. Very frequent sirens heard, police, fire department and ambulances going on. Not the best area to walk around, but not too bad. |

I have stayed at many hotels in Paris. Without any doubt, this has been the best at its price class. The rooms where not as small, the walls not as thin and the bathroom not as small as in all the other hotels I stayed before. In fact there is enough space in the room and bathroom. Further, the mattress was new, the room was clean, there was a machine to boil water for tea and coffee, and a table where I could work. There was no fridge, but this is really not important compare to all the rest. Internet is free. I liked it all. |
