Conveniently located close to Gard Du Nord station, this hotel was ideal for a 3 night stay. The area we were warned was not good, and its certainly not the best area but as two females together we felt safe and did not have any trouble. We ate out at a couple of the eateries which were literally 20 metres walk from the hotel and both were excellent. We choose not to pay 9 euros each for breakfast but there is a bakery opposite where we got croissant and coffee for 2.5 euros each! The beds in the hotel were very comfortable and the cleanliness of the room and bathroom was excellent. I would definately stay there again when returning to Paris.

I think that it's a pretty good hotel for the price. I really advice everyone to stay there. The only drawback is the breakfast. But there are several options in the region to have a very good breakfast!

Close walk to Dare du Nord and Gare D'lest. Metro just across the road. Rooms are typically size for Paris, small, but clean. Hotel staff were friendly. Good small supermarkets close by. Plenty of other food options close by.

Metro station is very close to the hotel. (Just across the street) Parking is available and cheaper than many other hotels in Paris. Staff is quite friendly and speaks English fluently. The neighborhood is not that good. (Going back to hotel at midnight) The towels are not clean always (one day, we had a smelly towel) Wireless internet connection is poor in general. We stayed on third floor and hardly got the connection, which is not available all times.

No-nonsense hotel with clean rooms and comfy bed. Got a good price from Booking.com which made the stay good value for money. The rooms we a little small (but the bathroom was quite spacious in comparison). Also, not as close to Gare du Nord as you might expect from the name. It's in fact a good 15/20min walk and is a little closer to Gare de l'Est.

This hotel was located a short 10 minute walk from the Eurostar station at Gare du Nord. Although some people may be put off by the 'downmarket' local area the hotel is lovely and welcoming and very clean and the staff very welcoming and efficient. Excellent value for money and very comfortable. We will definintely be using this hotel for all our future trips to Paris.

Across the street from Metro stop. Kettle and tea/ coffee making facilities - unusual in European hotels. Good value for Paris Shower over deep tub with no support rails felt unsafe when getting in and out. The free WiFi didn't work at all on our iPads - fortunately there is free Internet in the foyer. There was one unfriendly/offhand receptionist - the others were fine.

Very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a good value. Good location for the metro and the main train station Gare De L'est. The hotel is more than happy to store your bags before check in, And after check out. Free wi-fi was great, But did require a call to the desk to find that you must log in using your check in name in all caps. Their is apparently a police staion nearby, as their were sirens all night long.

The hotel was very close to the station without being in a busy area. The room was small but perfectly adequate. Bathroom was also small with powerful shower and all the expected shampoos and soaps and even a hair dryer. Overall happy with the hotel and would probably come back again.

Extremely convenient for the Gare du Nord (we arrived by Eurostar). Pleasant staff, decent buffet breakfast, hospitality tray in the room, very quiet overnight in the hotel itself. We would certainly go back there.

Hotel was in a good location. Easy walk from Gare du Nord. The lady who checked us in was not overly friendly or helpful, but not rude, so we thought maybe this was just french people, but the other staff members were great and very helpful. Room was small, but fine as you don't spend much time in the room while in Paris. I found the bed a little uncomfortable, and the pillows were a bit hard, but not unbearable, so was okay for 3 nights. Great little bar over the road were the staff were very friendly and helpful and made our stay in Paris more memorable. I would recommend this hotel to others. Breakfast was a bit limited, and the crepes has all been made beforehand, and were sitting in the warmer. Some were very fought and could have been made a few days earlier, but if you got down early enough, there was plenty to chosoe from. Couldnt get Internet in the room and had to sit in lobby to get connection, but that was okay.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room was very average but adequate. Breakfast was available at 9 Euros but we did not have it there so can not comment. There was a good restaurant nearby "Chez Papa" which can be recommended for a lovely dinner. The Metro was immediately across the road and very convenient. The train stations of Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est are conveniently located about 10 - 15 minutes walk away. I would stay there again.

I like its location. The hotel is situated outside Louis Blanc Metro. But there was little mention of this in Booking.com. I had to walk all the way at Gurd du Nord station and went frantically round that area in search of the hotel. The stay after the first day was acceptably fine. The morning staff at the counter are not as friendly nd helpful as the night staff. The hotel must improve on customers' service and expectation. But thanks to Mr Herve for being so helpful.

I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was literally right across the street from a metro station; so it was really easy to travel around the city. Our room was clean, and though there wasn't a ton of space we still had plently of room to put our things and walk around. They also offered us free coffee/tea, which I wasn't expecting. Our bathroom was clean and we had no problems with it. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and I would definitely stay here again. Their breakfast buffet is around 9euro, which was a bit much; but there are tons of cafes and bakeries around the area to get breakfast at.
