Easy access to hotel on arrival

Hotel was good, excellent position for exploring Reims, room was comfortable and clean.

Staff were not friendly and almost terse/abrupt. Breakfast was a shambles and disappointing.

Some type of sewage backup wtih terrible smell in rooms. Staff moved me but did not have rooms to move others. Plus they knew there was an issue before they booked us. Stayed two nights, did not clean room, came back at 8 pm, room never cleaned when I complained was told too bad, the staff was off.

Staff were exceedingly helpful. Checked us in 5 hrs early. Even drove us to the station on departure. Restaurant was great value

Did what it says on the tin, no major complaints, handy underground car park (at extra cost), as we were travelling back to the uk we did not have to unload the whole car .

I was really nice and we enjoy all our vacation.

Our second visit to this comfortable, well located hotel with secure underground parking. Rooms are up to date with good, modern showers. Perfect for a stop over on route to the Alps.

Air conditioning not turned on until May and with unseasonably hot weather, the rooms were rather too warm.

Staff was very helpful Locations is great, with in 5-7 minutes of walking and you are in the city center

Our room (top floor) was close to the elevator machinery, so it was a bit noisy, if you pick another room I think it would be very quiet

Windows were draughty

Superb location overlooking the cathedral and canal. 4 minutes from the motorway so very convenient. Good sized rooms with opening windows. Up-to-date bathroom and bed linen. On site restaurant reasonably priced and good food. Secure parking.

We have and would stay here every time, there is nothing to dislike.

The Location - 5 minutes walk to the cathederal. The staff were very welcoming.

I liked it all. Food location room and location.

The shower didn't work properly but was ok. Lack of shower gel, and only one cup of coffee.

The staff could not have been more helpful when the milk curdled in the tea.

The room was very nice and clean. We stayed for 1 night as a stopover and had a very good night sleep. The bathrooms was spacious and clean.

Even though the website said charges for parking apply we still don't think it is right to be charging €10 per vehicle. Also, we had dinner in their restaurant which was not that nice and was quite overpriced for the quality / quantity offered.
