The hotel is in a good central location within walking distance of areas of interest. Staff were friendly and helpful and a nice change from the big chains. |

J'ai apprécié l'accueil et le confort standard du Campanile (propreté de la chambre, plateau de courtoisie, équipement de la chambre...). Ma chambre n'a pas été faite entre les 2 nuits que j'ai passées dans cet hôtel, alors que la femme de chambre devait "revenir dans 1/4 d'heure". Elle n'est jamais revenue, alors que le panneau "merci de faire ma chambre" était apposé à la porte. De plus, j'avais demandé 2 oreillers et un savon supplémentaires, qui ne m'ont pas été fournis. Mauvaise communication au niveau du personnel. |
