The hotel is very easy to get to, and there's a parking that closes at 23:00h for public, but is still accessible for guests. The rooms are not very large, but for sleeping, freshen up (bath/shower) and having a drink before sleeping it's absolutely fine! The restaurant is ok. The staff is very friendly, but has problems dealing with pressure during rush-hours. The food is ok as well. If neccessary there's a very good restaurant 5 minutes walking outside the hotel-grounds.

Very functional, typical modern hotel. For a budget stay this was very good. No lounge facilities. In a busy industrilised area (Not very attractive). 3 klm from town centre.

Food in restaurant was good & reasonably priced. Room adequate for needs. Air conditioning very welcome in heatwave! Reception on arrival & for meal rather curt & unwelcoming. Morning shift much friendlier & pleasant.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was a reasonable size and contained everything required. The first room we were given stank of cigarette smoke - not the hotel's fault - but they gave us another room, even though they were very busy. Unfortunately, there was also noticeable cigarette smoke in the second room.

Good location. Typical camponile, but hotel grounds were interesting. The meal was disappointing. We did get a replacement and a reduction when we complained that it was no better. Would not eat in restaurant again.

Desk staff very pleasant + Clean room and linen - ineffective air conditioning and toilet ventilator (I did not find one hotel in France where the toilet extractor worked properly) and they most definately should in small ensuite rooms - one person uses the loo - one small window fitted with a restrictor - in dead warm air and - oh too much information !) I was only on a one night stopover or would have complained There were some very noisy guests in nearby rooms and I think this was a ghost hotel ( another French speciality ) where the staff lock up and leave you at 21.00 pm - no night porter - however by no means the worst hotel experience in France - ok for a one night business trip if the price suits you.

Eu gostei muito, todos eles foram maravilhosos, tanto na limpeza como no restaurante, eu sou brasileira, e falo, em todos os hoteis que me hospedei, somente campanile e bb hotel me trataram com respeito!!!!!!!!!!!!! Fui muito bem tratada, ja na poço fala o mesmo dos outros....nos brasileiros colocamos tapetes vervelhos pra todos estrangeiros que vem ao nosso pais, mas nos aqui na europa um cachorro ese tratam melhor que nos....elza telles

L'accueil et le service au restaurant tres chaleureux. La déco de la salle exceptionnelle de par ses fresques peintes sur tous les murs. Repas copieux et délicieux Chambre bien isolée et tres propre. A conseillé.Nous reviendrons.

“We had a great stay at Les Meneaux! The owners are so kind and helpful and the property is so beautiful and peaceful. We stayed a week in room Angelots, a romantic decorated and big room with amazing views over the garden and the Madeleine mountains. Breakfast is great, with delicous homemade cakes, fruit and fresh bread. The gardens and swimmingpool are well kept and it´s a joy to spend your holiday here!! The rooms are also very clean and tidy!! It´s close to Roanne and there are lovely small villages in the area and if you´re into gastronomic food and wine, this is the region to be.
