Sehr freundliches bemühtes Personal, Preis Leistung Essen hervorragend, Design des Hotels ansprechend, Parkmöglichkeit, besser geht es nicht. Habe aus beruflichen Gründen im Hotel übernachtet, würde es auch jederzeit privat nutzen. Die Wände im Zimmer wurden durch unachtsame Hotelgäste verschmutzt. Könnten einen neuen Anstrich vertragen, sonst sauber. |

Shuttleservice zum und vom Flughafen funktioniert gut. War morgens um 5.40 Uhr zum Flughafen super pünktlich. Gutes Frühstück. Gute Matratzen. Gutes neues funktionales Hotel. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war sehr laut und das Geräusch ließ sich auch nicht durch Abstellen des Thermostats abstellen. Daher kein ruhiger Schlaf möglich. |

Hotel ist relativ neu, schönes Design; gutes Restaurant zu moderaten Preisen. Wifi funktionierte bei mir nicht, auf meine Reklamation sagte man mir lediglich, dass es bei anderen Gästen funktionierte. Keine Hilfestellung. Begleichung des Zimmerpreises bei Ankunft. Zwischentüren in den Gängen waren so stramm eingestellt, dass man mit Taschen in beiden Händen Mühe hat, diese zu öffnen. |

The airport shuttle only ran every 45 min. When I said Campanile Roissy to the driver he shook his head no and said the next bus that he was Campanile Amelot. He should have been aware that Campanile Roissy is what the reservation calls the place. We waited a total of an hour for the bus to come back. |

Excellent shuttle service to and from CDG, good shower, good breakfast and an unfussy but comfortable reception/lounge area. Two reasonably good value Chinese restaurants within 5 minutes walk. |

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel as an overnight prior to flying to New Zealand. The shower n eeds to be properly cleaned. The tiling grout was not good and the foot rest on the bed was really quite dirty. Shame as all other aspects of this hotel were really good. |

Beautiful comfortable bed and bedding. Great shuttle to airport and back. Easy parking and very quiet considering you were practically right next to the airport.East day trip into Paris from station. You can only eat at the hotel as there is nowhere else around to eat. Food was average. |

The hotel is fine, excellent value for money, but getting there was difficult. There is a separate shuttleserving this new remote hotel and nothing indicated that you must call for a shuttle, not on the Booking .com web site, nor at the airport. Zero points for transportation arrangements |

The man on the desk was very kind as we arrived late and he arranged the shuttle to come and collect us. It would be helpful if you made the information about the airport shuttle service a bit clearer on your website - where to wait at the airport for collection and what times the bus runs. |

A great value. The room was clean, functional, spacious, comfortable. Wifi worked well. Staff was friendly and competent. There was some confusion about the shuttle schedule which gave me a bit of anxiety, but I did get to and from the hotel with only slight delay on the return to the airport. As an American who doesn't speak French, I would appreciate if some staff member had better English fluency.o serious problems or delays.The food in the restaurant while reasonably priced, was not very good. |

Its location (10 min by shuttle to Paris CDG) is ideal. The facilities are very new and pleasant. One of the receptionist/waitresses should improve her communication skills (at least with people whose French is not 100%). However, this only applied to one of them. The others were very polite. |

We stayed here twice and found both rooms very comfortable and clean. Even though it is close to the airport, which is why we picked the location, we slept well as there is enough sound proofing. |

The hotel was exceptional clean, tastefully decorated and the staff were great and really welcoming. I will certainly go back there. The hotel needs to resolve the issues around airport pick-up and mix-up with other branches of Campanile so that there are no discrepancies. For a business traveller with very little time, all I need is to get to my hotel at the earliest possibility. |
