The minimalist design & firm bed is a good welcome. Proximity to the airport for an overnight stay makes this hotel a bargain. Staff is friendly & cheerful. |

it was clean and nicely designed. I would NEVER stay here again. When I made the reservation online I said I needed shuttle service to and from the airport, never heard if this was possible. When I called from the airport in order to initially get to the hotel, I was hung up on twice first when I asked if the reception spoke english, I was HUNG UP ON. Then I called back and asked in my best french (which is poor) if I could speak to someone about shuttle service and was IMMEDIATELY HUNG UP ON. When I finally found out about the shuttle because a taxi driver had REFUSED to drive me to the hotel apparently because it was too close. Another taxi driver offered to take me for 40 euros, and I knew that was a rip off, so I didn't know what to do and was practically in tears wondering what to do. Finally I found where hotel shuttles were located not knowing for sure if that was something your hotel offered, and fortunately I saw your bus. Once I got to your hotel the woman who was the one who likely hung up on me twice, checked me in, asked me if I wanted to have dinner and/or breakfast, and I said No merci, because your hotel was not getting any additional money from me at all. She didn't inform me about how the lighting in the room functioned, it took a little while to figure that out. I had told her that I wanted to use the internet capabilities of the hotel so she informed me of the username password info, and I NEVER GOT IT TO WORK, and having already experienced the phone hang ups, I knew your hotel already lacked customer service, so I didn't bother to call and ask. I couldn't wait to get out of your hotel and since your shuttle schedule is only in the elevator and at the front desk, I just waited out front and luckily the shuttle came within 20 minutes. I would rather wait at the airport for 5 hours for my flight instead of your hotel. |

The rooms were very comfortable and it is very close to CDG. There is also free shuttle service to the airport and from it . The shuttle service passed without stopping at the airport i had to run after it and scream , after it stopped the driver asked me to show my reservation. The restaurant is expensive and the food is not that good but there is no other choice nothing in proximity . |

It was quiet and there was a free shuttle bus service to and from CDG, TGV, RER When i made my reservation, I was not told that their was a free shuttle bus service. As a consequence, I had to take a taxi from CDG to the hotel and the driver became lost! I found out about the shuttle bus only when I arrived. I also believe that my room was overpriced. A more reasonable price, considering the size of the rom and the location of the hotel would have been about 100 Euros. |

I liked that the staff was multi-lingual and very friendly. Also, the restaurant served dinner until 11:00 pm which was very helpful. |

Clean and convenient to airport. Airport shuttle was important to me. A small sample of lotion would have been nice. |

We stayed because of proximity to airport, but will stay again. Good hotel; great staff! The food was not bad, but we expected better quality for price. Unfortunately, because of the lateness of the hour, we had no other option but to eat at the hotel. |

The design of the room was very nice and room was very clean. The hotel staff offered a buffet for about 10 EUR for our daughter but after choosing a dessert they charged a lot more - that was not fair |

I stayed at this hotel because I was arriving at Paris CdG one evening and leaving early the next morning, and it was nearby. The fact that breakfast is served from 5.00 am was very positive for my purpose. This is not directly about the hotel, but possibly significant: during the evening, which is the time I arrived at CdG, the intervals between the courtesy coaches to Le Mesnil Amelot were quite long, and I had to wait about 40 mins. |

The hotel was convenient to the airport and represented good value for money in comparison to other Paris hotels in which we've stayed. Neat, clean and relatively new accommodation provided aa comfortable stay and the staff were always keen to assist where possible. Good bar and restaurant facilities and a free shuttle to the airport at 0500 hrs was a bonus. |

Rooms were good value for money - nice bright colours and furnishings in the room made this hotel far less depressing than other budget airport hotels I stayed in. I didn't have the breakfast but from what I saw, there was a decent and good variety. I had a drink at the bar which cost 3 euros for a soft drink (quite expensive). Bad - the "shuttle bus"! Despite the vital nature of this "complimentary" service (hotel in middle of nowhere), it has hardly any seats, perhaps 20 max, for about 50 agitated people! There was a scrum when it came and this brought out the very worst sort of person (disturbingly, many were barging into young children). |

The hotel benefits from an ideal location 5 minutes from the airport and it offers direct access to the A1/E19 motorway. |
All our team will do its best to ensure you have a lovely stay in our convenient hotel at Charles de Gaulles Airport. |
The hotel is located on the edge of the attractive village Roissy en France. Set in a peaceful setting surrounded by gardens, it provides additional comfort and quietness during your stay. |
With the comfort and warm atmosphere of our new generation of hotels, our hotel is on the shuttle route from the airport and within easy distance from the TGV and the RER stations. |
