The lobby was very nice, clean, and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was very good. Our room was quite disappointing - certainly did not compare to the impression we got of the lobby. The carpet in the room was old and dirty. There were no hand towels in the bathroom, and the pipe under the bathroom sink was leaking onto the floor. The bed was OK, but the room was so small it was hard to move around. |

Having a comfortable night's sleep. Being able to organise a wake-up call via the 'phone. I wouldn't have minded if the desk staff had been a bit more friendly and informative. |

Good value ,clean, convenient to the Airport. Good restaurant as part of the Hotel.Enjoyed the Buffet. TV in room was only available in French. No English Channels. When arrived , had to wait for one hour for shuttle bus at Airport. Very poor driver- did not wait for passengers to put luggage in rack,before starting up quickly. My husband was thrown backward and then forward,hurting his hand when lifting the luggage, when the shuttle started up so quickly.And were we in for a rough ride!!!!! |

It's close proximity to the airport and a shuttle to get to the airport. |

Room was clean. Water was hot with a lot of pressure. Meals were very good and priced well. Room was better than expected. 1. They said shuttle pickup at airport was at gate 5....it was at gate 7..this caused us to wait 45 minutes for the next shuttle. 2. Hotel staff said the bar was closed unitl 6pm....we got there a 6pm and the bartender went to dinner. 3. Shuttle drop off back at cdg Airport dropped us off at terminal 2.... but wrong gate for delta Airlines..had to take another airport bus to the delta gates. |

Quick check in and check out, efficient staff. WIFI available free. No room service. Restaurant is full and noisy. Room's carpet is dirty. |

The convenience to cdg airport providing the shuttle is accessible Difficult to get communication regarding shuttle service. I asked a number of drivers whether they served the Campanille Roissy. As one shuttle drove off after the driver told me he did not serve the hotel, I noticed the hotels name written on the side of the shuttle! As it was close to 11pm, I took a taxi which cost me 10 (ten) Euro that I should not have needed to pay. |
