清潔で快適だった。出発当日は夏時間から冬時間への変更日である旨案内が出ていたので助かった。食事もおい- しくいただけました。 空港とのシャトル便のサービスは悪かった。空港からホテルへの便は１時間以上待たされ、翌日のホテルから空- 港への便は予定時間を大幅に遅れて到着した。車内での次の到着先のアナウンスがないため（この国では普通の- ことでしょうか）途中不安でした。この点が改善されなければ次の利用は考えたい。 |

夕食のバイキングが10€という値段ながらも充実しておりおいしかった。 自分の部屋でインターネットが使えない事、歯ブラシやシャンプー、ボディソープなどのアメニティが充実して- いない事、部屋のカードキーが再三にわたり不具合を生じた事などが良くなかった。 |

値段と比較して客室内は素晴らしかったし、アメニティーも揃っていて気持ちがよかったが、フロント係りの人- 数が足りず、すごく待たされ、多くの人数に対応しなければならないフロント係は当然ながら親切ではなかった- 。コスト削減のせいなのだろうから、仕方がないかもしれない。 空港からホテルまでの送迎バスが20分ごとにあるとホテル側は言っているが、1時間半も待たされた。これも- コスト削減のせいかと思われる。その上、待たされた客が運転手に文句を言ったところ、この運転手がものすご- い乱暴な言葉遣いでお客に突っかかり、あわや大喧嘩になるところだった。その間、満員のバスで待たされ、バ- スは出発せず、大変気分の悪い思いをした。バスの遅れは運転手のせいではないかもしれないが、それでも、暴- 力的な言葉を吐くのはどうかと思う。 |

ホテル～空港間の無料シャトルバスは荷物用のトランクがないためスーツケース等の大きい荷物も自分で持って- 乗り込まねばならず不便。改善の余地あり。低料金のホテルといえども空港周辺に位置している以上利用客の荷- 物を考慮すべきである。 |

展示会のシーズンは高くなるのは分かるが、あまりにも足元を見すぎている。通常あの施設であの料金では二度- と泊りたくない。 無線ＬＡＮが接続無料とうたい文句としていたが、有料でもよいから途中で勝手に切れてしまいなかなか接続で- きないので諦めて使わなかった。有線ＬＡＮが出来る条件に予約時に部屋を限定して、有料でもよいから最後ま- で使える環境を提供すべきです。 |

スタッフが、この世に幸せなことなんて何もないかのような、長年ずーっと窓口業務しかしてない地方公務員の- ように無愛想で感じが悪かった。 早朝の空港送迎無料シャトルは、大型バスだけれどもバスの腹に荷物を載せられないタイプで、みんなスーツケ- ースやバックパックをひいひい言いながら車内に運ぶものであった。非常に非効率的で、しかも運転手は英語が- 出来ず、とても大変である。どうしても早朝便に乗らねばならず、かつ荷物が少なければ問題がないが、そうで- なければちゃんとしたサービスバスのある割高なホテルをお勧めする。 |

ホテルではないのですが、CDG空港のタクシーにシャトルバスがあるとの理由で乗車拒否に合いました。シャ- トルバスの乗り場探し、ホテル行きのバス探し、バス待ちに１時間ほどかかりました。翌日、ホテルに荷物をお- いて外出する際、ホテルと空港間の移動に計2時間を見なければならず、難儀しました。 チェックアウト後、スーツケースを預けようとしたのですが、荷物室が満杯なので、チェックアウト時間である- 12時まで部屋においておくことにしました。パリ市内での所用をすませ、12時前にホテルに電話したところ- 、荷物室にスーツケースを移動してくれるとの返事をもらいましたが、心配なため、早々にホテルに帰りました- 。慌しいパリでの１日になってしまいました。 |

It was by the airport. That's all. The staff was not professional or well trained. They gave confusing information which led to me missing their shuttle bus at the airport. I ended paying $28 for a 2 mile cab ride just to get to them. |

Good reception, clean room and great value for money. If you need to stay at the airport, this hotel is a great deal. Just not that easy to find, in the maze at Roissy...! |

The hotel was extremely convenient to the airport. The proximity to the village of Roissy allows for a pleasant walk for dinner and local shopping. The hotel rooms were very comfortable. The in-room coffee was a bonus. All hotel facilities were up-to-date. Long wait at CDG for pick-up. |

It was clean, comfortable, and the window opened so we could have fresh air. We appreciated the location close to the airport and walking distance to downtown Roissy. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The shuttle did not pick us up at the airport. We were waiting outside Gate 8, and he drove right by without even slowing down. We ran after him, but he didn't see us. We then got a taxi to the hotel, and the taxi driver did not take us to the door because of the barrier that allows only buses. The dining room staff were not very friendly. |

The price is phenomenally low, so you get what you pay for. The shuttle is very convenient to take you to and fro the Charles de Gaulle airport and RER and SCFN stations. Feels safe to walk at night around the park like environment where there are restaurants and a Pizza place. O.K. for a short stay for a single or couple but not a huneymoon hotel. |

Good for value hotel to stay before / after an early / late flight. Room is very ok. Breakfast (9 euros supplement) is not really necesssary as there are a waterboiler and cups in the room to prepare a cup of coffee before early departure. The shuttle service is a little out of control, you do not exactly know the precise itinerary, location of the bus stops nor the time schedule from/to airport. Our driver was not very pleasant (even rude with foreign customers asking for information). This is a minus. |

Breakfast was good and the foyer was pretty The free bus link to the hotel was unpredictable and unreliable - we incurred an extra £45 in taxi charges as the bus did not show up at our terminal and we had a small child to get to bed. Not suitable as a family hotel at all. |
