清潔で快適だった。出発当日は夏時間から冬時間への変更日である旨案内が出ていたので助かった。食事もおい- しくいただけました。 空港とのシャトル便のサービスは悪かった。空港からホテルへの便は１時間以上待たされ、翌日のホテルから空- 港への便は予定時間を大幅に遅れて到着した。車内での次の到着先のアナウンスがないため（この国では普通の- ことでしょうか）途中不安でした。この点が改善されなければ次の利用は考えたい。 |

夕食のバイキングが10€という値段ながらも充実しておりおいしかった。 自分の部屋でインターネットが使えない事、歯ブラシやシャンプー、ボディソープなどのアメニティが充実して- いない事、部屋のカードキーが再三にわたり不具合を生じた事などが良くなかった。 |

値段と比較して客室内は素晴らしかったし、アメニティーも揃っていて気持ちがよかったが、フロント係りの人- 数が足りず、すごく待たされ、多くの人数に対応しなければならないフロント係は当然ながら親切ではなかった- 。コスト削減のせいなのだろうから、仕方がないかもしれない。 空港からホテルまでの送迎バスが20分ごとにあるとホテル側は言っているが、1時間半も待たされた。これも- コスト削減のせいかと思われる。その上、待たされた客が運転手に文句を言ったところ、この運転手がものすご- い乱暴な言葉遣いでお客に突っかかり、あわや大喧嘩になるところだった。その間、満員のバスで待たされ、バ- スは出発せず、大変気分の悪い思いをした。バスの遅れは運転手のせいではないかもしれないが、それでも、暴- 力的な言葉を吐くのはどうかと思う。 |

ホテル～空港間の無料シャトルバスは荷物用のトランクがないためスーツケース等の大きい荷物も自分で持って- 乗り込まねばならず不便。改善の余地あり。低料金のホテルといえども空港周辺に位置している以上利用客の荷- 物を考慮すべきである。 |

展示会のシーズンは高くなるのは分かるが、あまりにも足元を見すぎている。通常あの施設であの料金では二度- と泊りたくない。 無線ＬＡＮが接続無料とうたい文句としていたが、有料でもよいから途中で勝手に切れてしまいなかなか接続で- きないので諦めて使わなかった。有線ＬＡＮが出来る条件に予約時に部屋を限定して、有料でもよいから最後ま- で使える環境を提供すべきです。 |

スタッフが、この世に幸せなことなんて何もないかのような、長年ずーっと窓口業務しかしてない地方公務員の- ように無愛想で感じが悪かった。 早朝の空港送迎無料シャトルは、大型バスだけれどもバスの腹に荷物を載せられないタイプで、みんなスーツケ- ースやバックパックをひいひい言いながら車内に運ぶものであった。非常に非効率的で、しかも運転手は英語が- 出来ず、とても大変である。どうしても早朝便に乗らねばならず、かつ荷物が少なければ問題がないが、そうで- なければちゃんとしたサービスバスのある割高なホテルをお勧めする。 |

ホテルではないのですが、CDG空港のタクシーにシャトルバスがあるとの理由で乗車拒否に合いました。シャ- トルバスの乗り場探し、ホテル行きのバス探し、バス待ちに１時間ほどかかりました。翌日、ホテルに荷物をお- いて外出する際、ホテルと空港間の移動に計2時間を見なければならず、難儀しました。 チェックアウト後、スーツケースを預けようとしたのですが、荷物室が満杯なので、チェックアウト時間である- 12時まで部屋においておくことにしました。パリ市内での所用をすませ、12時前にホテルに電話したところ- 、荷物室にスーツケースを移動してくれるとの返事をもらいましたが、心配なため、早々にホテルに帰りました- 。慌しいパリでの１日になってしまいました。 |

部屋はコンパクトで静か。小さな子供連れ家族は安心できると思う。アメニティーグッズは最低限のものは揃っ- ている。 ベビーベッドをお願いしたが部屋に無かった。クローゼットが小さすぎ。部屋の床（カーペット）が汚かった。- |

the food was excellent. rooms were small. i didnt get a wake u pcall and had to stay an extra night at the hotel. the manager was very helpful, however and he did not charge me for my stay or the extra night. the staff is pretty helpful and nice. the hotels is a basic no frills hotel with a great price in paris for a layover. not much else. additionally there were no channels in english (french only) and the wireless internet they advertise in the rooms was very spotty. |

Wireless Internet connection was wonderful. The restaurent was also good. The free shuttle pick up point was mentioned as Terminal 1 (Gate 32)...however, i waited for an hour and then had to take a cab. Later, during the drop I found that the drop was outside the station. |

Good access to the Charles de Gaulle airport in Paris with the free airport shuttle. Good for a day or two stopover with reasonably good, albeit time consuming access to Paris by train. |

We have liked the service and location. Its close to cdg2 and tgv and with the shuttel makes it convenient No bar fridge and the room was a bit "tight" for 2 persons |

I was only there overnight to make a flight but the room was clean and comfortable the staff were very nice and helpful and the breakfast was very good. Because I arrived just as the bar was closing I could only get a very small cup of coffee from a vending machine, it would have been nice to have been able to get tea coffee served in the bar |

A fairly busy but still not noisy hotel. I was able to do some work without any disturbance. There is a good likelihood that I will stay there again towards the end of this month. Whilst I understand why you don't provide breakable glasses, the quality of the plastic glasses should be better. |

Restaurant on site and quality of food and service. Good location close to airport. Good soundproofing. Shuttle wait time was too long (almost 1 hr wait at the airport). Many of my family members suffered allergies (sneezing, runny nose, itchy eyes) during the stay, indicating some type of mold or dust problem in the hotel. |
