Nie było pokoju, który zarezerwowalam - wersja rodzinna (2+3). Zamiast niego po półgodzinnym oczekiwaniu dostałam regularn y wuosobowy pokój z pojedyńczym łóżkiem wysuwanym spod głównego dwuosobowego. Pokój był tak mały, że po wysunięciu dodatkowego łóżka nie było miejsca ani na postawienie łóżeczka dziecięcego ani na postawienie walizki.

The ease of getting to and from airport w/ free shuttle bus and the excellent buffets for both dinner and breakfast.

The only thing that was substandard in my experience was the lack of cleanness of the tea/coffee maker in the room. It had brown residue inside and I had to clean thoroughly before using. Other than that the biscuits were a nice touch, the bedding and bathroom were extremely clean, and the room was soundproof.

Price, free wifi, clean and simple room with all you need for an overnight, but wouldn't want to stay for too long as it is a bit of a squeeze in the room. More than adequate between flights

Very busy at late night arrival, so, staff were a bit off-hand and the free bus to the airport as 20 minutes overdue. It's also confusing at CDG to spot which bus goes to which hotel and the Campanile logo is right on the front nearside wing, which I missed on the first loop.

The reception staff were efficient and polite.They were extremely helpful when I had left my handbag in the hotel bus.The food was good, the room crisp and clean.The restaurant staff were very well organised. They efortlessly dealt with the large number of people who booked for dinner.

-the service for dinner was very very slow, my one glass of wine came more than half way throught dinner, after repeatedly asking, very slow to get seated although was first in line at restaurant, no wireless internet

American style efficiency and cleanlines. Although I speak some French it was helpfull that the desk staff spoke English.

At breakfast, the dining room ran out of coffee cups and we had to wait. I assume this was caused by some kind of emergency in the kitchen, but I think styrofoam cups should be kept in case of such an event. This is why I marked the "services/facilities" down to good in the previous question. There should more benches and shelter from the sun for people waiting for the shuttle outside.
