The location to CDG Airport, the price, access to free shuttle bus, nice option for dinner and breakfast. A nice buffet was offered at both dinner and breakfast at a reasonable price. Staff very accommodating and friendly. My room was small but that wasn't important as there was only one of me I was there for departure back to US.

Really a great staff that was helpful and very efficient. They were also nearly overwhelmed by arrivals. Provided us great help when asked.

I emailed the hotel to find out details about where to catch the free hotel shuttle and they where less than helpful. Telling me the shuttle picks up at terminal 2 & 3 is not very helpful...CDG is a huge airport.

Excellent transit stop--the little village of Roissy is delightful, the shuttle service to CDG is frequent. The room was basic, but for a short transit stop it was great.

Close to paris airport

Super friendly, close to the airport, great transfer, clean and tidy rooms.

A typical budget hotel with clean environment. Free shuttle bus and bed sheets/towels/mats changed everyday I tipped 2euro per day for four days. Located near from Roissy, Sncf Station. We travelled to city centre by RER every morning much safer than Metro. Btw Paris is not safe place. But at least we feel like staying home at Roissy Campanile.

Chinese credit card doesn't work in this hotel. When the receptionist told us something wrong with our credit cards we were horrified cos we were afraid of not enough cash for the rest of days. After paying cash we travelled to SNCF station and called my bank, bank said my credit card is fine just because the bank gave the company low rating... In case of duplicated charge both on cash and credit card, I asked for receipt, the receptionist let us stand-by for 40mins after we asked for it. So bad service and barely not English speaker friendly.

Clean and cleaniness

The bus that came to shuttle us in the morning was full and so I had to order a taxi to get to the airport on-time that I didn't want to risk the next bus being full too. I wish the staff would have let advised me upon checking in that this shuttle at 7 am would be full. This was the only disappointment with your hotel. I am not upset with the staff on this issue but in general the hotel should let the employees know to advise the travelers of this. There was not one space for me to get on that shuttle at 7 am as it was completely full.

The room is spacious and clean. Very nice room.

Although the room is small, it is very clean. Hotel shuttle bus is very convenient.

It is said accept mastercard/visa, however our cards declined which is ok in other places.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Very good breakfast buffet. Bar open late-- good for late flight arrivals.

Room not made up on arrival--mattress pads, sheets, duvets dumped in corner of room; overworked front desk clerk gives me sheets (no pillowcases) so I can make beds myself. Thus, bathroom not cleaned, floor not vacuumed, etc, and we slept on used pillowcases rather than stand in long line at front desk once again. Really appalling. Rooms are tiny--website photos misleading. Barely enough room to walk around bed. Ok for one night but just barely--never again.

The hotel shuttle bus takes 20 minutes to wait in the airport, it is too long after a long long flight.

Shuttle to the airport worked very well. Parking was fine although a little complicated. Staff were pleasant.

We were given an absolutely terrible room at the end of the hall right next to the service area.....slamming doors and carts from early morning to late at night as well as over the garbage compactor!!! Very hot in the room.....won't turn the ac on until May even if it is 24 degrees and the sun shines in!! Breakfast room was a disaster....ran out of everything...even knives not to mention food and coffee! Probably is not always like that.....but, it was for us!!!!
