The desk clerk when checking out was not very friendly! She was not willing to help with questions we had. The bed in room 011 was very uncomfortable it made a loud noise when you turned over. We had the salad bar and it cost why to much for 2 salads, The hotel its self was clean and comfortable except the bed.

Shuttle bus to the airport.

Room is very small and not available to use toothbrush,toothpaste and disposable razor for free.

After a rather long day of traveling, it was very pleasant to have my room at the ready with the staff helping me with the details.

Quiet, clean, coffe facilities in room.

Like everywhere else in france, all the tv stations available are in French. Don't they realize the rest of the world may not speak French? Particularly when we are just passing through? Very thoughtless, I think.

Over all, clean, efficient, capable.

Bartender was below what we might have expected.

Once we found the black bus on the 5th floor above RER, we were pleased with the ride and ease of travel to the hotel. Checkin was easy enough. Room was clean, quiet, and had just the right ammenities. Supper buffet was fine. Breakfast was fast and furious since we shared the restuarant with many young German travelers. Return black bus trip to CDG was fine. We would consider this hotel again.

I enjoyed my stay, the staff were friendly and helpful, the room and bathroom where spotlessly clean. Breakfast was cheap and very good. I will stay again, it was a stopover from flying in from Australia and would stay again. It was good to have a shuttle to take you back to the airport at all hours.

The location to the Airport was what we wanted. It was clean and new.

The waiter was rude and unattentative and treated us poorly in the restaurant. The dessert buffet was not good although it looked good the pastry was dry and hard and not worth the price. The Entree buffet was good. However we got sick in our room due to a chemical smell that made us very sick and we had to sleep with the windows wide open so we could breathe and not throw up. It was a cold night and we couldn't sleep due to the smell. We wanted to ask for a refund but the desk assistants didn't have time for us. It was a bad experience over all.

I was happy with the proximity of the Hotel to the Airport and the cleaniness of the Hotel.

I liked the Hotel shuttle service.

Impolite receptionists. They charged our credit card immediately upon our arrival including all breakfasts for the whole period. The day of departure we were requested to pay all breakfasts once again (?????) Poor quality food. The staff speaks only French. Not to be suggested
