quiet location, room ok, food enjoyable, manager helpful and spoke english

the english lorry driver who parked his lorry adjacent to hotel with refrigeration plant that started and stopped all night ( we think hotel management should be able to control this)

Staff friendly and efficient Location good with plenty of secure parking

housekeeping not as good as previous stays - bathroom very clean but beds barely made - also only one cup left one day for tea coffee etc Breakfast overly expensive

the staff, one person was good and help full, the rooms were clean, the bed was comfy.

we stayed in room 4,the decor was very tired,4 3cm bolts were hanging from the ceiling, one assumes a ceiling mounted tv had been removed. There was only one bedside table. We prefer a bath, the hotel advertised A BATH,as Campenile hotels have them, the SHOWER room had been revamped/no bath, and the workmanship can not have been supervised,a shelf was 1cm from fitting,it looked as if a 3mm covering of polystyrine had been used to cover the walls in shower room/is this highly inflamable? Breakfast, was dissapointing, the manageress on duty,it seemed as if food rationing had been implemented,I had to ask for refills on 3 occasions, and the bread /reheated bagguet at least 2 days old dissintigrated into nothing when attempted to cut.The night before We stayed in a Holiday Inn ,yes more expensive, but head and shoulders above this Campenille
