I arrived 10.39pm,the staff were friendly and helpful in spite of the late hour.My room was clean and convenient,and I had secure storage for my bicycle.My breakfast was varied and plentiful,and I had no problem getting to Thionville centre and the Moselle.Recommended for a quick overnight stop

goed bed , lekker dekbed , snoepje op het bed bij binnenkomst , waterkoker voor koffie en thee met koekjes ! lekker warm binnen. auto voor de deur. De week er voor waren we in het zelfde hotel ( kamer 3) . Die kamer hadden we ook via jullie site gereserveerd , in de aanbieding. Omdat we zo tevreden waren heb ik weer via jullie site geboekt . Dit keer was er helaas geen aanbieding maar ik wilde voor de kwaliteit die we de vorige week hadden best meer betalen. Dus kwamen we 's avonds laat aan , op kamer 9. Kamer 9 had geen ligbad , de badkamer zag er oud uit ( vieze tegelvoegen) en het bad waar ik me op verheugde was een klein zitbadje met douche. De vloer in de kamer was erg beschadigd en ook erg oud. De kamer was veel minder ruim dan kamer 3. We waren dus teleurgesteld. Meer betaald en veel minder kwaliteit.

Airco op de kamer. De rekening is onvoldoende gespecificeerd, er staat op bar, diner en een totaal bedrag. Het is niet duidelijk waaruit deze bedragen zijn opgebouwd. Consumpties en diner op kamer nummer zijn dan niet goed herleidbaar.

La gentillesse de la jeune femme à l'accueil et la rapidité à laquelle elle nous à envoyé quelqu'un car notre bouilloire ne fonctionnait pas. La literie était très bonne et la sonorité des chambres parfaite. Nous apprécions toujours les petites attentions qu'il y a dans la chambre (café, thé, bonbons..) Si nous revenons dans la région nous séjournerions à nouveau dans cet hôtel. Nous avons constaté des traces de moisissures sur les joints ainsi que sur les prises dans la salle de bain.Nous avons signalé à l'accueil qu'un plafonnier dans la chambre était dévissé ainsi que le porte rouleaux de toilettes. Cette personne était contente qu'on lui signale car souvent le personnel de nettoyage ne lui font pas part ce ces problèmes donc ceux ci ne sont pas résolus.

Le caratère pratique du restaurant sur place. Le parking. La chambre avec salle de bains spacieuse; le nécessaire pour petit déjeuner sur le pouce dans la chambre si on doit partir très tôt. pas de brosse à toilettes c'est épouvantable!
