Campanile Troyes Sud - Buchères  

The staff tratament. All The team from Campanile are very friendly!! They work with pleasure. Yes I recommend the hotel.

Basic comfort. Heating took some sorting out. Not too efficient. Booked restaurant for meal. Manager had forgotten to write it down and felt we were sqeezed in, all rather rushed and not what you want for an over night stay, when you are travelling on the next day.

Location made it ideal for our one-night stop-over en-route to Switzerland. Rooms small but OK - good to be able park outside room. Breakfast was very good value.

If using the restaurant for dinner then stick to the Buffet. We ordered a steak plus an omelette and that took just under an hour to reach our table and there was another couple who waited longer. Later arrivals got their main course before we did. Not impressed and my meal was very poor! Lack of organisation and staff were to blame. The Buffet is far better value for money although apart from soup there are no other hot courses available.

Pleasant location with easy access to the motorway, meal was available upon arrival without need to travel, availablity of ground floor accomodation for my father in law who is over 80 years old, on site car parking immediately outside accommodation. We feel that it is good hotel for an overnight stop over on the way to or from other parts of France. Being able to bring down the window shutter at night to improve room security whilst having the window open was a good feature

We booked 1 double and 2 twin bed rooms but we wre provided with 3 doubles

Das gewohnt Campanile "Bild" wieder anzutreffen. Das Zimmer war sauber, es hat nicht nach Rauch gerochen (viellen Hotels bieten Raucherzimmer als Nicht-Raucherzimmer an! Das Frühstück ist gut bis sehr gut für französische Verhätnissen!

Mir fällt es immer wieder auf, dass bei meine Zimmer-Nachbarn geraucht wird und Morgens die Türe und Fenstern auf gerissen werden um auszulüften. Aber ein Nicht Raucher richt es. Hoffentlich ist der Campanile Inhaber so konzeqent, dass er die Warnung (Bußgeld über 68€) auch ausführt!! Ich würde nicht mehr Campanile buchen wenn ich so ein Zimmer bekäme

le restaurant : vieillot et dégradé. les plats servis sans qualité de présentation ; pas de fruits frais, peu de choix par rapport à d'autres campanile que j'ai déjà fréquenté. ce n'est pas normal, étant donné que les prix sont quasi identiques partout.

Calme

J'avais reservé une chambre fumeur, option proposée par votre site à la réservation. Hors l'établissement ne propose plus de chambres fumeurs. Les installations sont viellissantes et/ou mal entretenues

Notre chien n'était pas admis en salle de restaurant ce qui n'était pas annoncé . Petit déjeuner un peu cher ( 9 € par personne )

L'accueil très chaleureux et professionnel, ainsi que la qualité de la literie .

Accueil et sens commercial

Escalier extérieur menant aux chambres mal éclairé et en mauvais état. Bruit incessant de la vmc récurant toutes les 30 S.

Le confort de la chambre.Simple mais bonne literie et surtout propre

Le coté vetuste de la facade qui aurait besoin d'etre renové.
