Very adjacent to motorway. Comfortable, though ongoing renovations meant some inconvenience. Good food available

The aevertising informaation assured us of a warm welcome , this was anything but the case on checking in the person we dealt with was barely civil , not at all polite.Later on we ate at the restaurant once again proudly proclaimed as having a new and wonderful menu we ordered what was described as the menu gourmand which was anything but gourmand. The menu gave details of the many items which could accompany the main dish none of which were available the only option being chips ! The service was poor and we ended up leaving the table after not being asked if we wanted coffee and wit plates and glasses from the entree main dish and dessert uncollected. Altogether a costly and unsatisfying experience.

Leaving

Cleaners entered both rooms whilst still asleep, Meals in resteurant expensive. Bath too small. Shower basic. Air Con not effective. Not enough pillows.

The coffee in the room. We didn't try the restaurant so can not comment on that aspect of the hotel. The airconditioning was good.

There was only one pillow per person - we like two each!

Friendly staff. Parking on site not a problem although it says there is none on the description. Food is excellent, The buffet starters and deserts are enough to fill you up. No need for a main course.

L'amabilité du personnel, notamment personnel de service qui au vu de l'handicap d'une personne de notre couple, nous a conseillé et même fait la démarche pour nous obtenir une chambre pour handicapé.

Dans la chambre rénovée que avons occupé, le systéme de chauffage était insuffisant, bruyant et d'un règlage problématique. Dans cette même chambre rénovée, l'éclairage dans la salle de bains était mal adapté. Par ailleurs, le fait que la chambre donne directement sur l'extérieur est assez surprenant, et ne doit pas apporter un supplément de confort par temps froid

Hotel en travaux : Odeur trés forte de peinture dans la chambre Problème électrique: déclenchement intempestif de la sirène incendie, et panne de courant le matin

L'accueil, la gentillesse du personnel, les repas

L'établissement est en cours de réfection et c'est très bien car il était un peu défraichi, par contre ce que l'on peut reprocher c'est les wc dans la salle de bain ! et une douche à la place de la baignoire, ce qui serait beaucoup plus pratique et moins coûteux.

Proximité autoroute bon rapport qualité prix pour une etape

Que l on ne nous autorise pas à garder notre chienne avec nous au restaurant, du coup on est allé manger ailleurs les petits dejeuners , manque chocolat, prix cher
