I found staff friendly and helpful. It was good value. The hotel was clean and modern. The rooms were comfortable and we really enjoyed our short stay. It would have been useful to know about facilities for ironing clothes

Checking out I tried to cancel this hotel because were held by traffic and and missed our ferry. I realized that I didn't have time to get there at a reasonable time. Despite numerous phone calls, they didn't answer the phone. I had to drive 12 hours to get ther and arrived 20 mins before the reatautant closed. All that was offered was a steak with salad - no chips or trimmings. Because we were very hungry, we had to accept it. The then charged us €25 a head for the privelige. I know I called the correct number because I tried it again while standing in reception and it was answered by the recepionist. Steer clear of this one!!!

La habitación y el baño eran nuevos. Además, te dan como detalle de bienvenida un cafe o te, con una galleta. Y en el baño, había gel- champú y jabón. La habitación era algo pequeña.

L'hotel a été complètement refait. Le nouveau design est très attractif je n'allais plus dans les campanile, mais quand j'ai vu au moment de la réservation sur internet les nouvelles chambres, j'ai décidé de réserver et je n'ai pas été déçu. Le personnel est très accueillant et compétent

Le petit déjeuner est de très bonne qualité et très bien garni. L'accès au wifi et à de nombreuses chaines de télé est très appréciable. Les lits sont confortables. Le personnel est aimable et compétent. Il y a un tarif réduit pour les sportifs. Le bruit de la circulation. Le design un peu "vieillot" de la chambre.

Nos han cobrado de mas, Nosotros lo contratamos por 53 euros y cuando fuimos a pagar nos cobraron 60 euros. No nos aplicaron el precio contratado por booking. Tengo los comprobantes de la reserva de booking y de la factura del hotel Campanile

Excellent accueil Implantation au raz de la route Auch - Toulouse fréquentée par de nombreux poids lourds, bruit intolérable (l'on croirait qu'ils traversent la chambre) mais le gérant est conscient de ce problème et a indiqué que la réfection des joints de porte d'entrée est en cours (ce qui, je crains, risque d'être insuffisant avec la suppression du sas habituel chez Campanile, l'aération haute laissera encore pénétrer les bruits) et, pour tenir compte de mon observation, m'a fait bénéficier d'une remise substantielle. Excellente démarche commerciale, mais quelle idée d'avoir implanté le Campanile à cet endroit ! un mur ou un talus paysager anti-bruit s'impose de toute urgence. Si vous réservez, demandez une chambre côté opposé à la route, et ce sera super !
