Campanile Bordeaux Nord - Le Lac  

The rooms were very warm and comfortable.

This campanile is about as far away from the Bordeaux ring road as you can get for a mid priced hotel - it was quiet at night. The hotel takes dogs and there is a reasonable area for walking near the hotel. Campanile food is good and reasonably priced.

Our room was getting 'tired' but we noticed that some of the rooms on site qwere being refurbished

Quiet location, restaurant, easy parking and access from the motorway.

The receptionist was pleasant & efficient. Free car parking.

Read the menu carefully. We ordered what we thought was a traditional beefburger but failed to see the word "comme" une hamburger! The burger (which was good & cooked properly) arrived sandwiched between to thin, tasteless potatoe blinis! The bottom one of which was completely soggy with blood, with a few lettuce leaves, 10.50 euros was somewhat excessive, - be careful what you order. The free wifi in the bedrooms was not working - and had not been for the previous 3 weeks, despite repeated requests by the staff.

Pricing is resonable and beside the lac

Too many of hotels and too much of works around.

This hotel is a good value for its proximity to the new Palais Des Congres of Bordeaux for a conference; it is 5 minutes to walk. The staff is very efficient if not real friendly. The room was clean in general and large by comparison in France. This hotel site is designed for automobile travelers on the highway.

The room was spartan, but had a good sized television and a comfortable bed. The front answered my complaint that the policy is to change the bed linens after the third night; yipes! My room was not ready on check in, but they held my bags behind the desk. There was only a lightweight white curtain, so all the light from the parking lot penetrated the room. The window was operational, but there was no screen. Breakfast was not included, but coffee, tea and plain biscuits were provided in the room.

Easy to find with very good arrangements for parking. The room was very clean and comfortable with a very good shower. Also appreciated was air conditioning in the room as the weather was hot and humid. The meal we had in the adjoining restaurant was excellent served in a very relaxed atmosphere. We will have no hesitation in staying there again.

great, safe, clean accommodation, full of families en route to or from their holidays, kids 10 and under eat buffet breakfast free, staff really friendly and helpful and great value for money. no complaints at all.

Sadly nothing . The service was bad the room not clean. The staff not helpful.

As above won't be going back to this hotel ever ever ever
