Campanile Bordeaux Nord - Le Lac  

Pleasant reception, good modern restaurant. Room was clean and basically correct.

The building is looking very tired and old compared with other budget chain hotels in the same area. Needs in depth renovation or reconstruction.

Quiet location, restaurant, easy parking and access from the motorway.

The receptionist was pleasant & efficient. Free car parking.

Read the menu carefully. We ordered what we thought was a traditional beefburger but failed to see the word "comme" une hamburger! The burger (which was good & cooked properly) arrived sandwiched between to thin, tasteless potatoe blinis! The bottom one of which was completely soggy with blood, with a few lettuce leaves, 10.50 euros was somewhat excessive, - be careful what you order. The free wifi in the bedrooms was not working - and had not been for the previous 3 weeks, despite repeated requests by the staff.

Pricing is resonable and beside the lac

Too many of hotels and too much of works around.

great, safe, clean accommodation, full of families en route to or from their holidays, kids 10 and under eat buffet breakfast free, staff really friendly and helpful and great value for money. no complaints at all.

Sadly nothing . The service was bad the room not clean. The staff not helpful.

Location was great for a stop over to Spain

Triple room was 2 beds and a camp bed, room no bigger than a double room.

The staff were helpful. It was very cheap, good value for money.

You get what you pay for. It was basic but comfortable and very clean. But it is in definite need of updating.

The room and bathroom were a good size. They were very clean and tidy. The gardens looked good.

We arrived on a Sunday afternoon so there were no staff on duty. We had to phone to get a code to be able to access the hotel. There were no tea making facilities in the room. We were on the 2nd floor and below our window was an aircon unit that was running all through the night keeping my wife awake.

As a solo traveller with 2 pet dogs en-route between UK and Southern Spain, I found the location and facilites met all my needs and more. Very convenient access to and from nearby "rocade" (circular around city centre). Welcoming and friendly service. Good food available in restaurant. Coffee/Tea-making facilities in room. Clean and comfortable. Pet-friendly.Parking adjacent or close to rooms.

Nouveau, bien pour ceux qui partent de Bordeaux à d'autres villes proches

Très êloigné du centre ville si on n'a pas de voiture.
