Staff were friendly Our room stank of smoke. The hotel was full so we could not move. Smell so strong it gave us a headache. It was supposed to be non smoking room, too. |

The restaurant area and the fact that tea and coffee facilities were provided. Booked a triple room and third bed was a low-level camp type bed. For 89 Euros we were expecting a larger room with 3 single beds. |

The room was very clean, the beds were very comfy, tea was provided. There wasnt a hairdryer in the room but when I asked at reception they gave me one to borrow straight away. |

Calais itself if an awful town, it was a mistake to stop there after the ferry journey. It would be better to travel a little further and stop anywhere else!. Cramped room, 2 single beds when double requested, noisy, and last of all, someone (I think it was staff) busrt into the room at about 11pm when we were asleep. Never, ever again. |

When we arrived the air conditioning unit wasn't working (very hot afternoon), but was fixed within 15 minutes of asking, despite staff being very busy with a large coach party. Food much improved. The tables are too close together in restaurant. |

Hotel staff tried to be helpful and the food was quite good (I ended up eating four consecutive meals there) Location was poor. It's outside of the city centre and few cabs come around. During a busy time, cabs are quite difficult to get. |

Easy to find, close to Motorway network without being too noisy. The breakfast is expensive at 9 euros but there is plenty to eat. The food available in the evening is poor and very expensive, go to CIte Europe and each at Flunch, better food, better value. |

It was very convenient for a one night stop before using the Channel tunnel. The breakfast was served from 0630, allowing for an early getaway. Free car parking. There was a welcome pack in the room, including a free welcome drink in the bar - but there was no bar! The food ( Dinner & breakfast) was very basic. Better value for money could be found in other Calais hotels. |

Most guests use this hotel for a one night stopover and for that reason it delivered on what I asked of it. These are well used rooms. The bathroom room could have been cleaner and needed a lick of paint and there was a hair in the bed. |

Not a lot. I have stayed at the Campanile previously - it hasn't improved since my last stay. The staff - of two- ran reception, dealt with diners i.e. taking requests for meals, serving etc. and were very overstretched. We ordered one cheese and one ham omelette and received two ham. |

Preisgünstig buchbares Hotel , für 1/3 weniger als normal. Im Bad waren Leitungen undicht, der Boden war permanent nass, entsprechend die Schimmelbildung. Nichts für empfindliche Leute! |
