Convenient to motorway. Was using as stoppover on trip back to England.

Breakfast was okay.

Apparently they had not received any booking from booking.com.They found us a room however, which did not match the description. Very basic room with no tea/coffee making facilities. There appeared to be two parts to the hotel. One was the basic part in which we stayed. The other appeared to be better.

As there was a coach party present there was no availability in the restaurant Although room and booking was for three people there was only drinks provided for two

The bathroom sink was cracked and the tiles around the bath needed a good clean. Not enough staff on duty (and all had very little English). On morning of departure one member of reception staff on duty dealing with clients checking out, booking others in for breakfast and also clearing tables. Breakfast buffet not refilled quickly enough leaving little choice.

The air conditioning was not working and it was a very hot night. There were no fans available to use , Therefore the nights stay was not totally comfortable.

Fair sized room, comfortable bed, good sized en suite, good food in the restaurant.

Very difficult to find. The water was only luke warm, and the air conditioners were not working.

We used this for an overnight stop, en route to Haute Savoire. Excellent food & reasonable room for a budget motel.

Motel style accomodation with very basic rooms - children in room next door and you had to go outside to check on them. Air conditioning was not working so room was sweltering - or you had to leave ground floor windows open on to the car park.

Ample car parking

To allow your air-conditioning to be out of order in mid summer is unforgivable. On June 30 the temp in out room was over 30 celcius and nobody to fix it. Because the town was already busy this was the hotel of last choice before we discovered the lack of ac. Had we known earlier we would have spent the night in another town. As it was, after virtually no sleep we continued our long drive back to the uk the next day, very tired. Avoid this hotel.

Se soulad line to have 3 bad room. Third bad in Campanile concept represent mattress on the floor. For me unacceptable.

We checked in after 6pm and were greeted with smiles, the room was fine too, evening meal, well food was ok but we never got our glasses to have our water with!

Breakfast was atrocious, there were no plates, and very little food out, and what there was came out slowly, even by the the end of us feeding our daughter there were still no plates, (35 minutes) then came the check out, I was kept waiting for at least 20 minutes, now I understand that there was a problem with a group of 4 trying to check in, but not to apologise for keeping me waiting, abysmal! It is a shame as our family have been put off ever staying at another Campanile hotel ever again!

The room was clean enough but big problem with mosquitoes-my daughter and I were bitten to death

At certain times no English speaking person was available female staff lacked patience we had to Waite 15 minutes for then to find my booking,when she did find it there was no apology for the time wasted.

Personeel was aardig en correct.

De kamer was schoon, maar klein. Miste een haardroger. Omgeving zeer lawaaierig, van een naast het app. gelegen bedrijf. Prijs te hoog tov qualiteit.

Prix du petit déjeuner élevé on trouve l'équivalent ailleurs et moins cher... Impossible de mettre le chauffage dans la chambre et minuterie hs dans la salle de bain obliger de sortir du bain pour remettre régulièrement le chauffage en marche

Trouver une chambre sur notre route de retour de vacances

Le côté vieillot des chambres, le côté "Flunch" du restaurant qui ne donne pas envie d'y manger, le prix élevé du petit déjeuner

Réception, équipements des chambres

Un campanile comme les autres, on sait ce qui nous attend.

A la réception ils doivent faire les enregistrement à la fois du Campanile et de Première Classe donc temps d'attente rallongé. Juste une personne pour servir au restaurant, un peu juste, malgré son amabilité. Grand bémol: la propreté de la chambre et salle de bain. Des cheveux plus poils retrouvés sur le bord de la baignoire et des draps dont je pense qui ont déjà servi... Decevant !
