nice decor and modern for the price there was one lady at reception that was really unhelpful which was a shame as all the other staff were pretty good |

The room in deed was clean and also very well cleaned up again after the night. I liked the simplicity of the room and the silence (except the noise of some people returning home late at night). Everything else was ok. Our first room was not clean! We got no excuse for that, only a new room. |

It was possible to walk to the hotel in 30 minutes. The staff were helpful and friendly. It was not clear from the description on the site that this hotel was located in a slightly industrial area. There is a car wash next door which starts making noise early in the morning. |

Quiet area. Each room has own front door.We were fortunate that we were at the end and used outside as a balcony. Bath in bathroom Room was compact but suitable for our purposes of somewhere to sleep |

Campanile Chantilly is the first Campanilein France to have been restyled. This has certainly led to some improvements. Most notably and importantly the beds: they are great especially with the nice bed board! The restyling is in many ways only very superficial. There is a lot of small criticism to made. Nothing too serious, however in total quite some points. We would be happy to talk to the mgmt of Campanile about this. |

A little slow internet, but very good value for the money and very pleasant restaurant/breakfast area. A little recreation area would have done nicely with some comfortable chairs. Clean and good service |

Loved having A/C 12 Euros for any entertainment was too much, I did not use on principal. Basics should be included. Or a charge of 5 Euros maximum. A big minus for what is an excellent hotel. |

The hotel is within walking distance of the town. The breakfast was self service and there was plenty of food, and variety of food. The hotel is in a commercial area - don't be fooled by the description and the photo. The bed was comfortable, but the room quite cramped and there is very little atmosphere in the dining area. Eating in the town is a good alternative. |

Staff, cleanliness, TV, Internet, breakfast - all excellent.I've already stayed there many times and will return others times... Only like an observation, the restaurant has no reserved places to the hotel guests-customers, than sometimes I had to wait half an hour to have place to diner or to have breakfast, mainly when there were groups in buses. Many people to eat in limited places. Unfortunately they don't have structure to have extra customers in restaurant without having impact in the guests confort. |

The room was perfectly clean and it did not have smell of smoke(cigarette). Very nice staff, excellent breakfast. I already knew the hotel. Many times my wife and me have chosen Campanile Chantilly. Excellent stay.Excellent room/bathroom, TV, Internet... We were 3, couple with 3 years old son and every day I have to ask for the third towel. A little lack of attention. |

parking fermé et gardé, proximité bonne pizzeria Personnel peu agréable, réservation défaillante (système planté). Heureusement que l'hôtel n'était pas complet. trop cher par rapport au service offert. |
