Good location - ten minute walk from town center. A little too expensive for size and quality of room. Air con did't work in either of the rooms we rented.

All fine except from noise in the morning from neighbouring rooms but also from cleaning ladies. Otherwise functional due to its location and proximity to town centre in particular. Regards, P.

The room was terrible. A Box. I suffer from claustrophobia and had to walk around outside at 3am to get some air and an open space. I could not have possibly stayed a second night. You should warn all prospective bookers that the rooms are small and not for people who need space and air.

Has nt changed since l first stayed there in 1984,june ,for 10 days then,still no air contioning,a lovely resturant and good safe car parking,a real nice handy spot before hitting the big city. No air con. But if keep the price low,thats ok.

Chantilly Campanile was very easy to get to from the station, very clean and welcoming and we liked the fresh design and decor. The key didn't work for the first eleven trys and we thought we were locked out. When we went to the reception (very late at night about 22h) there wasn't even an emergency number to call for help.

I liked the decor of the room. the tea/ coffee facility available. the flat screen tv and its position.the ability to attach and ipod to the tv. the aircondition and heating system. there were no shower caps in the bathroom, the cleanliness could have been a lot better. there were holes in the duvet cover from wear and tear!!! the towels were a little threadbare. there was no fridge. breakfast should have been included in the price.

Nice clean room, although the room was small it had a chair and a desk where you could use your laptop,wifi working. Bathroom new and clean. Also the water boiling maching along with the coffee and tea bags where very welcome.

Reasonable price Did not have room that was booked, I booked a double room and a twin room and got 2 double rooms which was a big problem. Also restraunt was uder staffed and they tried to put us off eating there when there were no other restaraunts near by.

The hotel was in a perfect location for us...close to our meeting place in the heart of Chantilly. The hotel services were a nice treat, coffee and tea in our room! The restaurant, as well, served very affordable, delicious meals.

Non visible. Aucune indication de la situation géographique d el'Hotel a partir du Centre Ville ou de l'Hyppodromme de Chantilly. Route de Creil non visible sur les plans de la ville. une fois arrivé à chantilly j'ai tourné en rond 45 minutes avant de trouver l'hotel et je suis errivé 2 fois a proximité sans le voir.

Séjour agréable - chambre agréable, fonctionnelle, design sympa, et petites attentions à notre disposition. Seul bug ! la réservation mal enregistrée....mais bon, le résultat était là. Et petit déjeuner complet, ne manquait le café "expresso"
