Felicito al fotógrafo. Es un gran profesional. Las fotos que vimos antes de hacer la reserva .reflejan como son las habitaciones, pero las mejoran muchisimo. Las habitaciones son tremendamente estrechas, aprovechadas al máximo, no tienen armario, y el baño tiene lo justo, en el mínimo espacio posible. El wifi no funciona en las habitaciones, y en las zonas comunes su lentitud y mal funcionamiento es exasperante. No me volveré a alojar en ese hotel, si algún día vuelvo a esa ciudad.

Location was quite good and the hotel itself is ok.

The two meals we had in the evening in the restaurant were very disappointing. It was obvious that they had been prepared beforehand and were heated up in the microwave. The steak was dry and the pasta was bland.

It was easy and clean. I had lived in Chantilly but did not know about this facility. The food was excellent

Fantastic location for Chantilly and easy to find, calm area. Superior bedrooms good, comfortable, Campanile style, one coffee and one tea only, take your own! Staff on reception excellent.

The restaurant badly lets down this hotel. Not much left to eat at 8pm with a booked table, and no offer to refill salad bar so we could have entree.... very poor choice of menu, staff seemed to be in a hurry to go home.. stay at the hotel, but eat elsewhere.

Very helpful and friendly staff especially Rosel, a waitress. Food choice was good for main course and the buffet for all meals/starters/desserts was excellent. I shall certainly use this hotel again.

The supply of tea/coffee/milk was minimal and insufficient. I would want to see a variety of teas etc and plenty of mini milk tubs. Air-con / heating fan noisy all night; I was unable to adjust heating.

Refurnished room, cost effective, quiet. The staff was cool

In winter time you can feel fresh air blowing below the door which forced me to turn on the heater to the max.

Beds were comfy! Food was good just a little expensive!

Cleaning service still cleaned even after sign saying do not clean was left out, every day! Had to clean room on entry for dust on surfaces!

The price was reasonable and the room had everything we needed including tea/coffee facilities. It was about 5-10 minutes walk from the town centre.

The room wasn't the cleanest - dubious stain on bed spread, various insects lurking about, both living and dead! and it was quite dusty in places - but for somewhere to sleep at night it was fine. The actual bed sheets were clean, the bed comfortable and our towels were changed every day. I hadn't realised it was a motel-style hotel and our room was round the back and very poorly lit at night, but we did encounter a couple of security guys one night which I suppose was reassuring.

Good food, good service, nice and clean room.

We stayed in Chantilly as our last stop before returning our rental car and leaving France from Charles de Gaulle Airport in Paris. The hotel was a budget choice but the staff were extremely friendly and we had a very good sleep that prepared us for the long flight home.

Simple but clean and up to date

Restaurant very basic with buffet not replenished, green salad lettuce was stale, radishes dry, not worth it. Ordered wine from wine list but got a bottle of different vintage than ordered. had to request some bread. The waitress service was not good at all, but the manager Bruno, was helpful in the end. We wished we had gone into town for supper. Tres mauvais rapport qualite/prix pour le restaurant.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Modern but cosy accommodation, perfectly adequate and quite homely. Surprisingly good food and service in the restaurant. Wished we had eaten in more often! Convenient car parking.

A little noisy first thing in the morning. Too far to walk into the town.

Friendly and helpful staff, you know what you get in a Campanile and well placed for business meetings in the area

My GPS sent me to a place 400m from the hotel (not the hotel's fault!) so I had to retrace my steps using instinct, knowing the type of areas Campanile hotels are usually located in. It was signposted form the main road but bigger signs would have been helpful.

Great rooms, plenty of space to park your car, great stuff;

Far away from city centre, heavy traffic, crowded metro;

The member of staff on duty when we arrived was surly and not particularly welcoming

I have chosen Campanile Chantilly due to its proximity to Chateau de Chantilly where I was taking part in sporting events over the weekend. There were enough free parking places for the guests which was essential. Breakfast buffet was also quite good but for an additional fee. There are few nice and cheerful restaurants (oriental buffet especially worth mentioning) with no necessity to drive. Rooms were clean though a bit small.

Rooms were on a smallish side. Bathroom was lacking proper ventilation. Air-conditioning was not working so we had to have a window open all night which would be just fine if morning chill wouldn't wake me up. Also, staff was trying to get to our rooms first thing in the morning, well before check-out times. It did not matter to them that I asked them (in French) not to be disturbed when trying to have a nap after the event I was taking part in and we even told them I did not want any cleaning if that was the price to pay for some peace. They kept insisting on cleaning my bathroom. It would be quite funny if I wouldn't be exhausted after just finishing morning Triathlon Olympic distance. Interiors were simple as Campanile has it. Overall I think the hotel is a bit overpriced for what it offers.

Excellent hotel, clean and well presented, comfortable bed leading to a comfortable nights sleep. Parking was excellent removing worry regarding vehicle safety.

Although the staff were all friendly, a simple a la carte order of steak from the restaurant took far too long to prepare and serve.

The hotel was only a 3 minute drive from the main street and a 5 minute drive from the Chateau. It was very reasonably priced. The rooms were clean and modern.

Breakfast was basic (and probably a bit expensive for what you get) and the room was pretty small.

Clean and functional. Beds were comfortable and everything worked. The eating area was attractive and the breakfast was good. Courteous abd helpful staff.

We chose this particular hotel for its restaurant so that we would not have to go out again. This was especially important with a baby. When we got there the restaurant was closed. There was no indication of this on the website whoch was misleading. It was also not tactful to leave a brochure on our beds inviting us to have a meal in the restaurant.

Good location even for Paris travellers. WIFI and PArking OK. Coffe and tea in the room with kettle.

Small room and bathroom. Breakfast is not worth for the price.
