Hi there ## I would like to draw your attention that the hote staff are not friendly..and would not offer u any advice ..parking is not avaliable even though it says it is,,food is very expensive at the hotel with very poor quality...

Friendly staff, great location next to the train station and close to town.

Free WiFi, close to the train station, walking distance to the sights we wanted to see.

Coffe was not very good and was not gratis.

I appreciated having good air conditioning, tea and coffee making facilities a large well lit bathroom with bath. Staff were very couteous and helpful. Location near railway station and a short walk to historic centre was a bonus.

I think the hotel is now in need of a freshen up it is a little dated and paint work is due for an recoat. Unfortunately the roads through Dijon are being torn up as a new tramline is in the process of being laid so this area is unsealed and fenced off everything outside the hotel is grubby and dusty which may put people off. I believe this tram network will be completed in a year's time and new footpaths and landscaping will be developed. This will make the outside of the hotel more attractive to visitors.

Staff were exceptionally helpful. I had many questions and requests, and they were patient, helpful, and never refused my approach. Outstanding.

This is not the hotel's problem, but, the construction in the streets made this hotel much less than optimum for our stay. We trained in to Dijon, and lugging baggage over gravel and so on, was really tedious. Had we known this was going on, we would have stayed at the hotel across the street instead, purely on the basis of avoiding the construction.

The TV volume was kept so low that I could barely hear it at all, even with the aircon off. I understand that the volume can't be too high because of neighbours, but setting it to reach a max volume of 23 made it impossible to enjoy! Pity, as I was anxious to improve my french through watching a bit of TV. Apart from that all facilities good!

Great location, across from train station and convenient to the Owl trail for site-seeing in Dijon.

Good location and value for money. Cheap parking available 2 mins walk up the road.hotel is simple and very clean. Perfect for a few nights stay. I would go back again

Our family stayed over there for one night. The location is close to the city. We can walk to attractions. From hotel to the attractions, there are many good & quick food such as Domino pizza. Subway is in front of the hotel.

We rent a car. Unfortunatle there is no parking unless you can find the spot on the side road. It is free over night but we have to wake up before 8 am to buy the pay and put infront of our car ( if you want to saty longer than 8 am) which is ok for us. We only pay 3 euro for 3 hours since we walk to the city for few hour shopping.

La situation en face de la gare. La bonne isolation des chambres, pas de bruit de train (fenêtre fermée) malgré la gare en face.

Le personnel à peine aimable, qu'on a l'impression de déranger quand on fait les formalités ou qu'on demande une facture. Les buffets du restaurant très décevants pour le prix. Les travaux du tramway devant l'hôtel le rende difficile d'accès.

Prés de la gare

Personnel peu accueillant. Plateau avec nourriture déposé près de l'ascenceur par un client avant 18h et toujours présent le lendemain matin à 9h. M'a été attribuée sans m'avertir, une chambre équipée pour un handicapé et qui était inconfortable au niveau des toilettes surélevées, baignoire entourée de barres dans lesquelles vous vous cognez et porte communiquant dans la chambre voisine laissant passer tous les bruits. Ne parlons pas des travaux d'aménagement du tramway donnant l'accés à l'hôtel impossible en voiture et difficile à pied.

Pas d'eau chaude le matin. Pour 90 euros la nuit avec petit déjeuner, c'est très limite
