It's a motel-style hotel with individual studio-rooms that are quite nice. Nothing fancy though. What was great was the restaurant with the appetiser and dessert buffets, and the breakfasts. Staff very nice. Wifi reception wasn't usable - we were in an end room though, so could have been better elsewhere. Rooms a bit 'no frills'. Had thought we were getting something a bit swankier. It's not walking distance to the city centre, but only 10mins by car.

Restaurant provided excellent food however service was poor which let the experience down The rooms were not ready on arrival and we had to change rooms, however attention to detail was poor as bins were not emptied. Bathroom showed signs of black mould, showing poor standards of cleanliness

The staff were helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable and the room clean. It was good value for money and we would use it again. The design with outside walkways means that privacy is slightly compromised. We have stayed in quieter hotels too.

The restaurant was well presented and served good quality food. Food was reasonable value, drinks are expensive. Breakfast was excellent. The rooms are very basic and small, and I thought expensive for what was on offer. The main problem was noise. The hotel is located on a major road junction which never seemed to go quiet. After 6am it is nearly impossible to sleep. It is a motel style hotel so you also get the noise of people wheeling their bags along the corridor. Ask for a room at the back of the hotel where the rooms do not face the road, it may be quieter.

It was a convenient break for us on our way from Angouleme to Portsmouth It was a Sunday and there was little available by way of food. There was a salid which was way too expensive for what it was.The room was expensive for what it was

L'accueil chaleureux du personnel sur les prestations " accueil , restaurant .Les petites attentions sur le café-thé mis à disposition dans la chambre , ainsi que le café offert pour le retour ! Une note tout à fait exceptionnelle sur la qualité des repas et des petits déjeuners . Une présentation sans faille et une qualité " irréprochable " !Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ' la carte automne . Nous reviendrons c'est sûr ! Encore toutes nos félicitations à l"équipe !!!!!!

C'est un hotel moderne, accueillant, propre, bien decore, tres fonctionnel. La literie etait tres confortable. Il y a aussi une bouilloire dans la chambre avec des sachets de the, cafe, tisanes, des biscuit. La qualite des repas et leur service sont irreprochables. Tres grand choix au buffet du petit dejeuner. Le lit supplementaire de la chambre triple n'etait pas un vrai lit, mais un lit d'appoint a roulettes qui se range sous le lit double.
