Campanile Narbonne  

The price was reasonable and the location; easy access from the motorway, it's close to Narbonne Plage where we were visiting friends and only a short distance from Carcassone where we spent a day. The beds were comfortable, the room and bathroom clean and the food and service in the restaraunt was good.

Nice big rooms with parking in front inside hotel bacyard. Excellent service, staff were friendly and helpful.

Why where the toilet seat loose? You had to hold the shower handle in order to take a shower. Minor details that prevent full score,

The staff was very helpful, welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was great with a wide choice. Good comfort.

Evening meal and drinks a bit pricey

We were taken care of in very good manner (no english spoken though) and very fast. We are satisfied with the choice we made.

Car parking was free and on site.

The room was fitted with an air conditioner which we switched on, only to find that only the heating side of it was working. The window did not provide enough ventilation and as the hotel is on a very busy and noisy industrial site, having the window open made the room even more noisy. On asking the staff what was the problem with the air conditioner we were told that none of them were available for cool air as yet, even though the temperature was nearly 30 degrees!!!! The air conditioning was however, working in the reception and eating area. Consequently we had two very hot and sleepless nights. The hotel was far noisier than we had thought and lorries went past for most of the night.

The menu in the restaurant is very confusing and now the choice seems limited, not as before when the choice was excellent

We had originally booked for 3 nights, once we arrived at the industrial estate it was situated on and saw the size of the room, we cancelled the following 2 nights, even if it had been free we would not have stayed longer than we had to. This is one to keep clear of.

Très très déçu par la réservation effectuée sur internet par Booking et certainement pas assez claire car je me suis retrouvé avec 2 lits séparés au lieu d'un grand lit de 2 pers. Impossible de modifier sur place puisque l'hotel était plein. De toute façon, dans le cas d'une réservation booking, l'hotel "fuit" et se dégage de toute responsabilité en nous renvoyant sur booking qui, on le sait bien, ne donnera jamais suite à une réclamation client. Je le sais d'expérience, ayant déjà vécu un cas presque similaire ailleurs...

L acceuil le service le repas ,le rapport qualite prix que nous avons trouve trs raisonnable

Nous avons apprécié la literie de bonne qualité et la bouilloire électrique et sa petite collation.pour la restauration le plat du jour était bon(blanquette de veau).

Nous avons été déçus parceque le parking ne fermait pas (portail hors d'usage)et nous avons été réveillés 3 fois par une alarme du voisinage.

Bon accueil direction et personnel à l'écoute de la clientèle petit déjeuner buffet correct

Chambre un peu petite et ayant besoin de quelques rénovations (mobilier et peintures)
