Nice big rooms with parking in front inside hotel bacyard. Excellent service, staff were friendly and helpful. Why where the toilet seat loose? You had to hold the shower handle in order to take a shower. Minor details that prevent full score,

Unfortunately because of the poor standard of the room, we did not enjoy our stop over at the Narbonne site. The bed sheets were not clean and smelled of "sweat" as the the pillows and duvet. There was "mould" in the shower/ bathroom.We have stayed in a few other Campanile Hotels before and have always found them to be clean and restful. See above comments

Nothing. We had originally booked for 3 nights, once we arrived at the industrial estate it was situated on and saw the size of the room, we cancelled the following 2 nights, even if it had been free we would not have stayed longer than we had to. This is one to keep clear of.

Excellent staff, very helpful in finding us a room with an opening window after the one in the first allocated room refused to open. Restauranr staff were also very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. Overpriced. 80euros for just a room and such average ones is too much. This hotel is beginning to look tired and a little uncared for, time for refurbishment.

Sur la fiche de réservation, le petit déjeuner était compris. A la prise de possessionde la chambre on nous a signalé qu'il y avait une erreur sur le sité de réservation "le petit déjeuner n'etait pas compris" je me suis senti trompé par ce disfontionnement.

Le rapport qualité prix ! Beaucoup de bruit pendant la nuit. L'hôtel a accueilli une équipe "cadets" de rugby de bayonne. Repos impossible jusqu'à minuit et à partir de 07h00 le matin alors que nous avions demandé une chambre au calme. Beaucoup de clients se sont plaints de cette nuit morbide. L'hôtesse a osé nous offrir le petit déjeuner en contrepartie du bruit occasionné, alors que le petit dejeuner était compris dans le prix de la réservation.... Donc aucune réduction obtenue. Hallucinant !!!!!! Très déçu par la passivité du ou des gérants de l'hôtel !

Discreta cucina del Ristorante, letti confortevoli, parcheggio auto ampio, posizione Hotel vicino autostrada. Un po' distante dal centro storico, camere piccole seppur confortevoli, menù in inglese, tedesco, italiano e spagnolo, ma non tutti I camerieri parlavano altra lingua al di fuori del francese.

Je deplore l'absence de signalisation a proximité de l'hotel .je frequente les campanile depuis pres de 40 ans ils ont tous une signalisation de proximité.Le personnel a ete incapable de me guider alors que je lui signalais ma proximite de l'hotel IBIS que je pouvais voir une fois dans ma chambre 221.

El hotel está muy bien, buena relación calidad precio. A destacar los detalles: tenía secador y parquing gratuito. Se veía muy limpio. El personal que nos atendió hablaba español, y era muy amable. Mal la ubicación. Cuesta un poco llegar sin mapa, pero en cuanto nos supimos la ruta, todo perfecto. Camas cómodas.
