Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to make a formal complaint against the hotel staff that made my check-out a day before yesterday (22 Apr) morning (around 9am). The man in charge of the check-out desk was unfriendly, not helpful and very rude, always adding unnecessary jokes and useless comments during the process of check-out. The whole check-out process was appalling. The general cleanliness of the hotel was very poor. In particular the cutlery and room 's floor. I am copying this review to the Jumping Chantilly show organizers and will request them to remove the hotel from their list of "recommended Herbergement". As a participant of this prestigious tournament, I feel very insulted by the lack of respect/professionalism to myself and my daughter and will address this matter with the Show Director of Jumping Chantilly and the Office de Tourisme de Senlis on a separate letter. We stayed to be close to the airport the next day. The bed was extremely comfortable which was greatly appreciated. The easy walk to town was lovely and your staff very nice and warm.

Easy to find, just off the motorway. Secure parking. Helpful staff. Clean rooms.

Expensive for the size of the room.

Room not very clean. In-room wifi not working, and was not available when we checked in. I needed wifi for work communications, so we cut short our stay and checked out to go elsewhere.

We were made to feel very welcome. I loved the fact there was a kettle in the room, it's not common in France! There was only 1 tea bag but the man on reception was very helpful and brought more for us. The beds were very comfy. The location was ideal for us, just 5 minutes from the motorway yet close to beautiful places like Senlis and Chantilly.

Price and location. I used the hotel as a halfway stop to south west of France.

The service was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and the parking was free of charge. However, at most we liked the dinner: delicious.

Conveniently polaced just off the motorway north of Paris. Reasonably priced with parking.

The wifi instructions did not work.

Perfect for easy access to Charles de Gaulle Airport. Rooms were small, very clean and comfortable. Good food in restaurant.

The hotel was an excellent pit stop - clean, quiet, comfortable beds, near the centre of a nice town, on the way to somewhere else. It does what you expect. Didn't eat there as their was better elsewhere.

Only there for twelve hours in total and didn't have a problem. Wouldn't stay there for more than two nights maximum.

Location and the bed as comfortable.

Waited 1 hour for our meal in the restaurant. When it arrived it was missing the chips. Asked for these three times and when they finaly arrived I had eaten the rest of the meal.Staff very unhelpful. This hotel is very understaffed, sometimes only one person looking after the desk and the restaurant. Breakfast was the same, one person rushing around trying to fill up the buffet and check people out at the same time. Only ate one evening meal there due to our experience, ate at the super Ibis next door.

We were slightly inconvenienced by the fact that two professional road- race cycle teams were also guests and used the car park in an inefficient way. We were not able to book a dinner table because of these teams.

Restaurant volzet wij konden zelf niet dineren. Hebben dan maar bij de buur IBIS geweest ook voor het ontbijt.

La proximité avec l'autoroute et le parc Astérix. Le personnel, le restaurant. Joli petits balcons :)

Mal insonorisé, un groupe entier d'étranger parlant apparemment chinois nous a réveillé vers minuit et le lendemain vers 8h00, on a pourtant le sommeil lourd.

Le personnel très accueillant .. La situation à moins de 10 mn du centre ville.. Le professionnalisme et la bonne humeur de l'employée en soirée qui à gérer seule le service en salle ainsi que l'accueil client hotel (Un employé absent) respect Madame :)

Situation géographique.

Comité d'accueil le samedi soir avec l'alcootest juste devant le portail de l'hôtel. Peti déjeuner moyen avec le pain pas très frais.
