Check-in stated 4:00 but a note was left saying they'd be back at 5:30. Since it was a small French town, language was definitely a challenge, although we certainly tried our best to communicate (translator book and all) we couldn't understand a thing and the woman seemed annoyed. Later we found younger gentleman staff member who was able to help us in English. He was much friendlier to us. Also, we weren't aware of it prior but it was their final day open of the season, so they did not offer breakfast service, coffee or have the little pizza place open. Which was fine but it would've been nice to enjoy a coffee on our cute litte porch. Overall, Id still recommend for sure!
We LOVED the little bungalow! It had two little bedrooms (although we only needed one) full kitchen with cookware, table, full bathroom which was bigger than you'd expect and my favorite was the porch with patio furniture. We could've stayed out there all night! Great location, 5 minute walk (at most) to the cute little town. The camp sight was beautiful and clean and felt safe. Clean sheets and towels were brought to us. One of my favorite stays of the trip for sure!
