Good appliances in the kitchen, nice balcony, friendly staff
We only staid 1 night, so the procedure of taking over and giving back the apartment was a bit complicated but very well managed by the friendly staff. Better stay for several nights, the beach and Calvi are nearby, so plenty of things to do. It was hard to find in the dark coming from the train.
We staying in a 2 person studio, on the second floor with lovely outlook of eucalypt trees to remind us of home! The double bed folded down into the space otherwise used as dining/kitchen. It was SO quiet, and the room very comfortable for a short stay, but having to put the bed down each day would be difficult for a longer stay - suggest pay a little more for a studio or cabin with fixed beds. The staff were without exception extremely friendly and helpful and all spoke good english. The bar, pool and restaurant area was all lovely and free wfi in these areas.
The cost is based on you cleaning the studio at the end, which itself is no problem, but there were no cleaning materials provided, and since we were backpacking and being from Australia, we didn't have anything - not even a sponge/towel/detergent to wash/dry dishes. It is more suited to people who are car touring and might be able to carry these things. Even if they had a supply they could lend you on the last day to do the cleaning it would be very helpful. Having to fold down the bed made things a little cramped at night.
Pool and good location near to town and beach.
Close proximity of adjacent mobile homes and having to wear festival type arm bands with the name of the campsite all over them which could not be removed for the duration of the stay.
The pool Location
Lack of shade at the pool
In the city, walking distance to the beach, city center...
No view from the apartment.
