The location, situated on 2 min. walk from metrostation Voltaire / Line 9. Good, secured parkinggarage situated on 5 min. walk, for 26 euro per 24 hours, for Paris it is cheap. Cemetery Pere Lachaise on the end of the crossing street, about 2 min. walk, some nice pubs and bakeries in the area. The room was absolutely not the one shown on the picture. There were two seperate beds shown, in stead we got a room with a 1.40 meter wide bed. |

I suppose you get what you pay for - basic but clean and comfortable. The location was fairly central and very close to a metro station and taxi rank. Rooms were very small and basic. Breakfast was fairly average. |

The breakfast is really quite good, good start to a day strolling in the city. The staff was good in English and excellent when Booking.com wasn´t able make the reservation properly between us and the hotel. Cleanness of the whole room was good except curtains - so dirty curtain I´have never seen before - for me that was only the one minus of the hotel. The windows were quite dirty too (especially its frames) - quite unbeliavable in comparison with the rest of the room... |

brekfast buffet was very nice. with a lot of good food. the location is easy to find and to get out later.the concierge people are kind. the room is very small. the carpet need to be change urgent. |

Location was perfect, walking distance to the Metro, as well there were lots of restaurants in the area. The breakfast was excellent, definitely an added bonus. Parking could have been a problem, although we lucked in and were able to park on the street. Private parking was available, but they were asking a ridiculous price of 23 euros. |

The personel was helpful and kind. They offer us all needed information. The room was clean daily. Some bugs were in my bed obviously, as I have ugly bites over my body. Sorry to say that. |

The service of the staff members, specially the great customer service provided for Mr. Fatty, I am not sure of the spelling of his name, he worked night shift, He was really nice and helpful, Thank you I did not like the fact that it did not have a family room that could accomodate small families (4 people) in the same room with more confort. |

Polite service and an extremely good breakfast to set you up for the day.Clean, modernized rooms. For two days running there was no hot water in the shower; however the staff were most apologetic and called in someone to fix this. |

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, and the location was great for Oberkampf and Republique/Bastille bar areas. The room was tiny but comfortable. Check out at midday. Checkout should be at about 1 pm. |

the location of hotel is perfect! 10 steps to voltaire metro station. around hotel a lot of restaurants and supermarkets too.reception staff very nice and helpful! bathroom are in very bad shape , taking a shower makes the whole room sinks in water. any sound in near rooms , can wake u up very easy.every one shud really read guest reviews before choosinh the hotel. |

The hotel is very close to metro station and staff people are very gently. No chocolate box gift as described on website, room very small (but OK for me) and no parking place available during my stay (I had to park my car on the street). |
