Noisy at night as very central. Hard to find value priced restuarant nearby. No views.

Great value for good money, excellent location in the heart if the city and walking distance to the beach, shops and old town... Perfect for families!!!

we chose cannes croisette prestige for its close proximity to the palais des festivals and city centres rue d'antibes. the apartment was extremely comfortable and clean, had all of the modern facilities required for a business trip, i.e wifi, all rooms had a private balcony, the standard was exceptional and ticked all of the boxes. the apartment itself was easily accessible at all hours, (we arrived late in the evening) and staff managed to provide access. we will definately be re-booking for 2012 - fantastic place to stay!

"Nous avons apprécié le confort et la propreté de notre appartement, calme bien qu'au coeur de la rue d'Antibes. Le marché est tout près, aussi nous avions tout ce qu'il faut pour prendre nos repas dans la salle de séjour, cuisine bien équipée . Ainsi, nous n'avons pas eu à chercher de restaurant et c'est bien appréciable par ce froid ! Vraiment idéal pour une famille, nous reviendrons"

Un lato negativo era lo scaldabagno elettrico.

Die Lage mitten in der Rue d'Antibes ist perferkt. Als Gruppe von Freundinnen konnten wir mitten im Zentrum von Cannes zusammen in einem Appartement wohnen.Die Wohnung ist sehr gross und geschackvoll eingerichtet, Preis passt, sauber. Personal ist sehr nett, Raucher sind willkommen.

Prachtig appartment. Ideaal lokatie voor strand en winkelen.

Очень уютные апартаменты. В самом центре Канн. До набережной идти не больше 3 минут. Все очень понравилось, в следующий раз остановлюсь обязательно там, и буду рекомендовать всем знакомым.

Апартотель просто превосходный, начиная от дизайна номера-квартиры до его технического оснащения. Есть все, что нужно, для комфортного проживания. Если вы хотите почувствовать себя в Канне как дома, не желаете, чтобы вас кто-то беспокоил, вы любите утром поваляться в постели, а не бежать сломя голову на завтрак, то этот отель - для вас! Пляж - в семи минутах ходьбы, улица проживания - сплошной бутик, рестораны - недалеко, супермаркет с отличными продуктами - тоже, в общем - все отлично. Советуем, особенно семьям. PS: оформление заявки было моментальным, без всяких проблем.

Два небольших недостатка - вид из окна квартиры, хотя мы сами просили о номере, выходящем в переулок, и грохот от сброса мусора в соседнем кафе, но, правда, всего лишь раз в день.

Posizione meravigliosa, a due passi da tutto (mare, centro, negozi, Festival), appartamento veramente comodissimo, velocissimo da riordinare, con tutti I servizi (anche il detersivo per lavastoviglie ho trovato), molto pulito, gentilissime e disponibili le ragazze che si occupavano del riassetto delle stanze

Carico e scarico dei bagagli perchè esiste un punto in una strada stretta dove si può sostare solo qualche minuto
