Cancellation
If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 16 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged EUR 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
Deposit
30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
In addition to the beds in the bedrooms, they all feature a lounge with a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people, fully-equipped kitchens, 2 TV sets, and WiFi access. Some of the apartments come with a terrace or a balcony.
There you can pick up the keys to your apartment and a card for the car park, when applicable.
Please inform the hotel if you plan to arrive outside the opening hours in order to obtain the access code to your apartment.
A welcome package will be sent to you with your reservation.

Good appartment hotel with an excellent location right in the middle of Cannes' main shopping district. very good restaurents within walking distance. The public beach just 5 minutes walking away. The kitchen furnishings are good but glasses, plates and cutlery are the bare minimum. |

la pulizia, la dotazione elettrodomestici etc infrastrutture nuove, riscaldamento perfettamente funzionante, la privacy dovrebbero aggiornare i loro programmi gestionali, tempi di check out troppo lunghi. un mini kit pulizia, e delle monoporzioni di emergenza zucchero, sale, caffè, tè sarebbero ottimali |

Posizione centralissima. Pulizia. Confort. Le camere hanno delle porte che si incastrano il che torna difficile l'apertura, dovrebbero mettere quelle scorrevole. Dà molto fastidio. Potrebberò lasciare un mini kit pulizia e più carta igienica negli appartamenti visto che è un residence. |
