we were greated with a smile and shown up to the room by very friendly receptionist .

About everything! Even the weather ;-)) I was there with my 2 daughters of 8 and 10 yrs old. The hotel is perfectly situated close to all 'whatever you want' (Golf, swim, sea, mountains, sport, (Mountain) bike).. Garden view rooms have afternoon sun.. 'street' view have wonderful breakfast sun... I cannot stop here.., will come back definitely.. Coup de coeur...

The rooms were a little basic in the design

Very quiet location allowing peaceful nights.Well kept general areas.Good daily room service.

Lack of information in the room, particularly how to set the air conditioning.Cooking facilities would have been very good if the correct size pans were provided to fit on the domino hob, one pot meals/ microwave food essential with kit provided. Unfortunately pursistance required to resolve issues.

The hotel is located beside two inland waterways, about half a mile back from the sea and is pleasant. It is obviously a perfect location for families with young children. Nice garden and great swimming pool. Friendly atmosphere and feeling that it is run as a family business.

The room we had was a bit basic but it was inexpensive. We saw other rooms which were clearly better but not available.

Romm was big and comfort. Location was good but a car is needed. Very nice for families with kids of all ages. Very expensive!!! However this was the last rooms I could find at that time.

It is too expensive for this kind of hotel. It is not code enough to the beach or the closest city .

The swimming pool was very nice and the location was great, convenient for the beach, restaurants, train, supermarkets.

Hotel apartment ill equipped, not clean enough, fridge compartment broken and as a consequence half our food fell on floor, table laminate cover falling apart, curtain rails up with no curtains.The sofa seemed to have teeth because we got bitten by bugs only when we sat on it. Staff were friendly and often helpful but most knew nothing of the hotel services, including how to work the air conditioning. We feel we paid a lot of money of an apartment that did not relfect its 4 stars.

Refrigerator was a little bit too small for 6 people, and cooking equipment was somewhat limited

Within walking distance to the beach, the room was very good and fully equipped for self cooking. The pool is large and clean, staff is helpful and friendly

We had a little trouble getting our keys the first night (late arrival), but it was quickly sorted out and for compensation we had a batter room than the one we booked!

L'accueil était très sympa. La propreté des lieux impeccable. Nous étions venus à 4 pour participer au championat de France de rames à Théoule, un couple, et deux individuels, chacun avait son couchage indépendant dans une pièce différente, pour un rapport qualité prix très bon (139€). Très bien pour un séjour en famille. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux et de qualité. J'y retournerai avec plaisir;
