The room was nice and clean, better than I expected. Both women at the front desk were nice and helpful. The beach in my opinion was not in walking distance. The internet as well as the reception said it was 700 meters away but after walking in the wrong direction, going back to get our car and driving to a good spot on the Riviera, there was no way we could have walked that far. |

This place was great! The apartment was over expectations and the terrace, overlooking the pool, was great. Nice staff who spoke excellent English - also over the phone. Good private parking to an acceptable daily cost. Nice pool area and a good bar for the evening. Could have been more cutlery and china so that the dish washer could be put to better use. The sofa was a bit worn down. No restaurant or coffee bar in the hotel, but there is a great one in the park just over the bridge towards the beach. |

I appreciate the position: it's well-located in the cote d'azur so that you can easily move to one place to an other(obviously by car) and the comfort of being free(you don't have to pass by the reception hall, you can come and go whenever you want without bothering anyone) If you want to choose the breakfast formula you'll be definately deceived. It costs a lot and it doesn't offer anything. Studios are ok but they don't corrispond to the 4 stars evaluation at all. The location is good only if you have a car |

friendly people; nice, clean, light and spacious flat for 4 people; clean pool; comfortable underground parking a bit far a way from the beach and the beach is not very clean, studios for two people are small and very simple |

The staff was very helpful, very nice and very professional. I had my doubts about the hotel the first night we arrived as we were put into a room which we didn't like but we were changed to a brighter very spacious and very clean room the next day. The breakfast was also very nice. All in all a very enjoyable experience. No everything was great....i will come back - loved the staff... The cleaners were excellent too. |

I thought the appartment was a good size and comfortable - perfect for time together with friends. I think it would be better if there was more lounging space around the pool as it would make it easier to visit with children. When reading reviews about the hotel it seemed very good for the bus route but during the festival buses seem pretty impossible to find and the taxis are VERY expensive between 25 and 40 euros one way depending on day of week/time of day. |

I loved how friendly it was, the staff were great and always helpful. The location of the hotel was fantastic, just off from the main road and near the canal, was very quiet and very beautiful. I would definately recomend this hotel and go back to stay again. Only that it was a little off season so the bar wasn't open but wasn't bothered, there is a supermarket not far away so stocked up on stuff there. |

Pleasant and helpful reception staff. Spacious accomodation. Good value for the money. Maintenance is weak - - missing tiles and weeds growing on terrace, sofa badly worn. Pool not yet open during our stay. |

Friendly staff. Good for family esp. with coin-operated washing machine and dryer which is available 24/7 to the guests. Kitchen is quite well equipped with all the amenities. Plenty of parking outside the building. Efficient and friendly housekeeping staff. Maintenance team is slow to response. The showerhead switch, ventilator lamp was not working properly the first day, and we informed the hotel first thing in the next morning but nothing was done, even until the time we checked out on the 3rd day. The design of the bathroom sink is too shallow and water spilled allover the place every time being used. |

the environment is quite nice, the stuffs are kind, the prise is fine. the fitment of the room is far from the four stars standard. the bed is only a simple couch bed. It is very uncomfort sleeping in it. If you want to get the warm water in the night, about 23 oclock, you have to let all the cold water out in pipe, it would take 5~10 min. |

Apartment was fine It is not a 4 star hotel - more likely between 2 and 3.. no heat in the room in March.. and no staff to contact as they leave at 20.00.. |

tha fact that I parked the car inside the gate and the reaction of the staff the next day (mondaymorning:-) that came close to me having commited a capital crime. Obviously it was forbidden. |

Good localization, closed to Cannes (6 minutes). The appartment is very big and it's on a beautiful place The bed is a sofa-bed and it's not very comfortable (but it's very big) |

The position of the hotel with close proximity to Cannes Studio room means you are sleeping on a settee and not a bed.The rooms were not cleaned properly.One tablet for dishwasher for 6 nights unacceptable.Too expensive for what was offered..and whilst there the prices were slashed by 50% 0n the website. |
