Oman "pihan" nurmikko oli jäänyt leikkaamatta, eikä sitä leikattu koko vierailun aikana.

The hotel is located at a nice green area nearby river. Excellent area for jogging and walking. Free public parking by the entrance is available 24h

Cannes Rivage was found by us under no conditions as 4**** hotel but rather 3*** residences due to the reasons of overall uncleanliness (rust and decay was noticed everywhere) and the complete abscence of staff after 5pm. This might seem curious but it is a fact that hotel it people have blocked (firewalled) access to booking.com & hotmail & the other passways for us to make online booking. Hotel has charged 7 euro for parking at their grounds but this was not provided due to the fact that we came later then 5pm and the gates were locked and there was nobody to open them. The keys for us with the insufficient instructions were left in the mailbox.

Good value for money, decent facilities and space for the price. Close enough to the beach and Cannes, if you choose to drive. Had some problem with the tv and the bathroom, and someone arrived immediately to fix it.

Although the hotel and rooms were cleaned daily, the hotel is not spotless. The balconies, passages all could do with a very thorough wash! Paid parking on site and Wifi is expensive.

The staff was really friendly and I appreciated very much the location!

Very good outdoor facilities (big pool, pool bar, Boulodrome), good location for trips (good traffic connections, close to cities and the beaches), small hotel

Beds were little comfortable, plates and cups were not clean

While the apt was kept very clean the patio area had not been cleaned for a long time,cobwebs,old leaves etc.and shrubs unattended.Not good enough for 4 stars

This place was great! The apartment was over expectations and the terrace, overlooking the pool, was great. Nice staff who spoke excellent English - also over the phone. Good private parking to an acceptable daily cost. Nice pool area and a good bar for the evening.

Could have been more cutlery and china so that the dish washer could be put to better use. The sofa was a bit worn down. No restaurant or coffee bar in the hotel, but there is a great one in the park just over the bridge towards the beach.

a bit far a way from the beach and the beach is not very clean, studios for two people are small and very simple

The staff was very helpful, very nice and very professional. I had my doubts about the hotel the first night we arrived as we were put into a room which we didn't like but we were changed to a brighter very spacious and very clean room the next day. The breakfast was also very nice. All in all a very enjoyable experience.

No everything was great....i will come back - loved the staff... The cleaners were excellent too.

I loved how friendly it was, the staff were great and always helpful. The location of the hotel was fantastic, just off from the main road and near the canal, was very quiet and very beautiful. I would definately recomend this hotel and go back to stay again.

Only that it was a little off season so the bar wasn't open but wasn't bothered, there is a supermarket not far away so stocked up on stuff there.

Pleasant and helpful reception staff. Spacious accomodation. Good value for the money.

Maintenance is weak - - missing tiles and weeds growing on terrace, sofa badly worn. Pool not yet open during our stay.

Friendly staff. Good for family esp. with coin-operated washing machine and dryer which is available 24/7 to the guests. Kitchen is quite well equipped with all the amenities. Plenty of parking outside the building. Efficient and friendly housekeeping staff.

Maintenance team is slow to response. The showerhead switch, ventilator lamp was not working properly the first day, and we informed the hotel first thing in the next morning but nothing was done, even until the time we checked out on the 3rd day. The design of the bathroom sink is too shallow and water spilled allover the place every time being used.
