Set on the seafront, 50m away from the beach and from the shopping centre, the residence provides apartments fitted with terraces or balconies.

It also includes a fitness room, a jacuzzi, a sauna, a hammam, as well as a bar and restaurant. Moreover, it offers many modern comforts, including a reception which is open every day, around the clock. Enjoy a wide range of activities throughout the year.

If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.

If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.

If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and extra beds

One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot.

Extra beds are not available.

Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

In addition to the facilities already listed, all the apartments are fitted with 4 ceramic hobs,an electric coffee-maker, a vacuum-cleaner and a terrace with garden furniture. A safety deposit box and a phone are available at an additional cost. Some apartments have facilities for the disabled.

Cost includes:

- Accommodation.
- Sheets.
- 1 pillowcase per person.
- Bathroom linen.
- 2 dishcloths per apartment.
- Cleaning kit.
- End of stay cleaning (kitchen area and washing-up excluded).

Our bathroom smelt where someone had deliberately or accidently wee'd on the floor instead of in the toilet. We didn't get an appology just a flying visit from a cleaner with air freshener, this did not relieve the smell, it was disgusting. We had deliberately chosen the hotel for its pool, although we only managed to secure a bed once during the 7 day stay.

The layout and facillities of the room were fine.

The room, in particular the floor, was filthy dirty. In less than an
hour walking around the room in our bare feet (not even going onto the
balcony) our feet were black - it was disgusting. We felt sick returning
to the room. When I asked at reception where I could buy milk the
concierge insisted that no shops were open nearby, I walked 20 metres
outside the hotel and bought milk.

Nice rooms. Handy connections to the centre of Cannes

The lack of wi-fi connections is a problem or convention visitors, and the corridors and very dark at night.

le marché à 200m tous les matins, et la piscine

il est à 20 minutes de bus du centre de Cannes, dans un quartier sans charme, mais le bus s'arrete devant l'hotel... la plage à 50m ok, mais en passant par un tunnel immonde,et la plage est tres étroite et abrupte ,pas géniale pour des petits enfants
